In order to test the performance of various equipment and systems in spacecraft,and to reduce the astronauts’ work intensity,it is necessary to use a dummy to replace the astronauts in the ground simulation test.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a dummy heat production and moisture production simulation system with high control precision,simple structure and low cost according to the astronaut’s heat production and moisture production characteristics.The Cr20Ni80 resistance wire is laid on the surface of the dummy model which is made of the GFRP material according to the heat production characteristics of the astronauts.The power consumption of the electric energy meter is controlled by the upper computer.The heating voltage of the Cr20Ni80 resistance wire is controlled by the integral controller to adjust the heat production rate of the dummy model.The small metering pump is used to inject distilled water into the humidifier,and the added water is atomized by the humidifier.The upper computer collects the change of the mass of the electronic balance and to adjust the moisture production rate of the humidifier through the integral controller.The research results show that the system has a wide range of heat production,the heat production range is 0-347W;the control precision is high,the heat production accuracy can reach 1.1% FS;the stability are good,and the time required for the heat production part to reach a steady state is 32-35 min.The system has a wide range of moisture production,the moisture production range is 0-183g/h,the control precision is high,the moisture production accuracy can reach 2.6% F.S;the stability is good,and the time required for the moisture production part to reach a steady state is 7-15 min.Based on the current harm of indoor particulate matter to human health,the effects of human thermal plume on the exposure of human active inhaled particulate matter and passive natural sediment particulate matter were studied.The heat production of the human heat production and moisture production simulation system was used to characterize the existence of human thermal plume.The fluorescent tracer particles were used as the characterization of indoor particles,and the fluorescent tracer particles were observed by fluorescence microscope.The results show that the case of human thermal plume compared to the case of no human thermal plume,the exposure of sitting human active inhaled particulate matter increases 200%,the exposure of passive natural sediment particulate matter exposure reduces 60%,the body’s overall exposure increases 69%.It indicates that the human thermal plume has a significant effect on the exposure of active and passive particulate matter.In the absence of human thermal plume,the ratio of the exposure of the human active inhaled particulate matter to the exposure of passive natural sediment particulate matter is 1:1,it indicates that the hazard of the exposure of passive natural sediment particulate matter to human health cannot be ignored.At the same time,the experimental results were compared with the experimental results in the literature,and the results were consistent.It is indicated that the fluorescent tracer particles have a significant effect on the study of particulate matter.
