Research On The Optimization Of Production Logicstics In The SSIC

Ship manufacturing industry is one of the industries that China first went abroad to participate in the international competition.In the fierce industry competition,it has gradually formed a tripartite confrontation with Japan and South Korea in the field of merchant ship manufacturing.Through years of efforts,China ranks first in the three indicators of order acceptance,new ship construction and ship delivery.Under the background of the current global economic downturn and the serious depression of the shipping industry,the shipbuilding industry can not be alone,and the advantages formed by large-scale investment,production and mass construction in the past no longer exist.Shipbuilding enterprises generally regard improving quality and efficiency as an important means for enterprises to get rid of difficulties,and achieve the purpose of improving efficiency through the rapid,efficient and barrier free movement of production logistics.In this paper,by analyzing the current situation of Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding Heavy Industry production logistics,through learning and studying the theory and method of lean production,the most typical production logistics of shipbuilding enterprises is taken as the research object.The typical interior steel material processing logistics and outfitting logistics in shipbuilding production are selected as the specific research content.Analyze the current situation of production logistics,the main problems and causes of current production logistics,apply the concept of lean logistics,study the direction and key points of logistics improvement,put forward the lean operation of construction space in steel yard,the full pallet of logistics circulation,and realize the full coverage of material management;put forward the lean improvement of outfitting operation tray based on BOM material management theory,and apply the precision Benefit shipbuilding concept,according to the needs of punctuality to achieve the lean outfitting;to achieve the rapid and efficient operation of production logistics,to achieve the goal of "materials do not land,pallets do not cross the sky".With the lean production theory as the improvement means,the production logistics is studied deeply.Through the method of combining theory and practice,the new exploration and attempt of mountain heavy industry transformation from scale to intensive,fromextensive to lean are realized.
