Sustainable Tourism Development Evaluation In Reservoir-type Water Conservancy Scenic Spots

Since the Ministry of Water Resources announced the country’s first batch of water conservancy scenic spots in 2001,China’s water conservancy tourism has developed rapidly.Reservoir-type water conservancy scenic spots are the most numerous and earliest developed ones in China,and some problems have emerged in the development process that have aroused the attention of the academic community and the industry,such as lack of characteristics of products,low quality of tourism products,and construction of tourism supporting facilities.If these problems are not solved in time,the sustainable development of tourism in reservoir-type water conservancy scenic spots will be seriously affected.Therefore,how to scientifically find out the fundamental problems affecting the sustainable development of tourism in reservoir-type water conservancy scenic spots and put forward corresponding countermeasures is the starting point and ending point of this article.According to the research scope,this paper summarizes the preliminary results of tourism research on reservoir-type water conservancy scenic spots at home and abroad,summarizes the research status of water conservancy scenic areas and tourism sustainable development at home and abroad,introduces the sustainable development theory of tourism industry,and optimizes the five main core stakeholders affecting the sustainable development of tourism in water conservancy scenic areas to nine main impact Evaluation factors.On this basis,the analytic hierarchy process is introduced to construct the evaluation index system of tourism sustainable development of reservoir-type water conservancy scenic spots.The index system mainly includes three first-level evaluation indicators(sustainable growth capacity of tourism economy,protection capacity of tourism ecological environment resources,tourism economic and social benefits),economic development level of reservoir-type scenic spots,competitiveness of tourism products,competitiveness of tourism internal structure,etc.Nine second-level evaluation indicators,46 third-level evaluation indicators,such as the tourism income level and the ratio of tourism revenue to the total revenue of the local tourism industry,The Delphi method is used to establish the weight matrix,and the importance of each key index in the tourism evaluation index is compared in pairs.Then,the corresponding weight of each index is calculated using Yaahp and excel software,which intuitively shows the evaluation index on the reservoir The impact of tourism sustainable development inwater conservancy scenic spots lays a theoretical foundation for the empirical research of the thesis.Based on the principle of scientificity and feasibility of the study,this paper selects Nanwan Lake Scenic Area in Xinyang City as a case study,grasps the current situation of tourism sustainable development in Nanwan Lake Scenic Area by referring to data and on-site investigations,etc.Collection,on the basis of verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the indicator system,evaluate and analyze the current situation of tourism sustainable development in Nanwan Lake Scenic Area in Xinyang City.Judging from the evaluation results,the tourism economy of Nanwan Lake Scenic Area has reached the level of sustainable growth of tourism economy as the basic sustainable development level,and the protection capacity of tourism environmental resources and tourism social benefits are at the level of sustainable tourism development.However,there are also disputes over the benefits of cruise ships in scenic spots,disorderly management of individual businessmen in scenic spots,and lack of tourism professionals.Finally,the countermeasures for sustainable development of tourism in reservoir-type water conservancy scenic areas were proposed,that is,to extend the tourism industry chain,strengthen the introduction of capital,strengthen tourism marketing,and take the road of development by law.Improve the management level and strengthen the ecological protection and construction of the surrounding environment of the reservoir area.
