Since the 1990 s,with the integration of technology, creativity and culture, the cultural and creative industry,as the product of knowledge economy in the information age,has risen rapidly in China. At present, the cultural and creative industry has become the core industry sector of the modern industrial system, with the role of the engine of regional and urban economic development.Cultural and creative industries are widely concerned by the government and scholars, and their spatial agglomeration and influence mechanism has become a research hotspot in recent years. The development of cultural and creative industries in the Yangtze River Delta is also in the forefront of both growth rate and development scale in China. As the one of the three regions with the largest population concentration in China, the Yangtze River Delta has become a highland of cultural and creative industries, especially in Shanghai,Hangzhou,Suzhou,Nanjing and other cities, with a high level of development of cultural and creative industries. This paper takes the triangle area as the research area and uses the spatial analysis method of GIS to analyze the spatial evolution of cultural and creative industrial parks in 2003,2008,2013 and 2018,including the spatial quantity change, spatial distribution mode and spatial distribution trend analysis. It also discusses the relevant influencing factors of the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of cultural and creative industrial parks in the Yangtze River Delta. The main research contents and results are as follows:1.Since the 1990 s,the number of cultural and creative industrial parks in the Yangtze River Delta has been increasing.By 2018,almost every city has cultural and creative industrial parks. The number of various types of cultural and creative industrial parks has also been growing. The distribution of the number of cultural and creative industrial parks in different cities and types is not balanced, and the development speed is also different;the number of large-scale cities is large, and the development speed is fast, while the number of small and medium-sized cities is small, and the development speed is relatively slow.2.On the whole, the spatial distribution mode of cultural and creative industrial park is in the state of agglomeration, and the degree of agglomeration is continuously strengthened. From the first level hot spot agglomeration mode to the multi-level hot spot agglomeration mode, and the scope of high-density agglomeration area is gradually expanded, showing the axial development state with the surrounding cities.Form a high-density hot spot area with Shanghai as the center and Suzhou as the link,a secondary density hot spot area with Hangzhou as the center, and then a mature hot spot area with Nanjing as the center.3.The spatial distribution trend of cultural and creative industrial parks in the Yangtze River Delta is obvious. From 2003 to 2008,the mean center of cultural and creative industry park moved to the northwest, and from 2013 to 2018,it gradually moved to the southwest. It has been in Suzhou, with the dominant distribution direction of "northwest southeast".There are also great differences in the degree of development in all directions, with the fastest overall development in the southeast and the slowest in the West.4.The evolution of the spatial effect of cultural and creative industrial parks in the Yangtze River Delta is mainly reflected in three aspects: the obvious characteristics of urban hierarchical differentiation, the obvious effect of central agglomeration, and the reconstruction of the spatial structure of urban agglomerations. On the urban level, the spatial distribution characteristics of cultural and creative industrial parks are usually related to urban industrial heritage, universities and scientific institutions, urban rail transit, and urban centers. In terms of relevant factors, policies, culture, talents and environment have an impact on the temporal and spatial evolution of cultural and creative industrial parks.
