The emergence of high-speed railway is a significant change in the history of transportation,which greatly changes the relative geographical position and spatial pattern of cities,and thus has a significant impact on the industrial structure and economic development of cities.There have been a lot of studies on the impact of high-speed rail on regional space,economy and industry,but most of them focus on the cities along the route of a certain high-speed rail,and there are few studies on specific urban agglomeration.The Yangtze river delta,with its prominent geographical advantages and strong economic strength,is one of the regions with the most dynamic economy,the highest open cities and the most innovative ability to absorb the most foreign population.This paper takes the Yangtze river delta as the research object to analyze the impact of high-speed rail on the economic spatial pattern and industrial structure of urban agglomeration.In terms of economic spatial pattern,this paper based on the Yangtze river delta important cities such as circle analysis when high-speed rail for accessibility of spatial pattern change influence,then build the gravity model to explore the high-speed opening pattern of urban economic ties between before and after the change,finally calculated the advantage of the Yangtze river delta metropolis circle five location potential,analysis of different city circle in high-speed opening pattern changes.In terms of industrial structure,this paper regards the presence and lack of high-speed rail as a quasi-natural experiment,analyzes the path of industrial structure change of cities in the Yangtze river delta after the opening of high-speed rail by using the multiple difference method,and differentiates urban types according to such criteria as urban size and original industrial structure,and carries out heterogeneity analysis.Generally speaking,high-speed railway has improved the accessibility of cities in the Yangtze river delta,enhanced the economic radiation capacity of cities in the central part of the Yangtze river delta and provincial capitals,increased the total amount of economic connections among cities,narrowed the gap between regional advantages and potential,and presented a trend of multi-center development.At the same time,high-speed rail has different effects on the industrial structure of different types of cities,promoting the continuous increase of the proportion of the tertiary industry in big cities and tertiary industry cities,promoting the transfer of the secondary industry from central cities to peripheral cities,increasing the proportion of the tertiary industry in central cities and optimizing the industrial structure.The Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration should seize the opportunity of high-speed railway development,accelerate the integrated development of economy and public services while improving the integration of transportation network,and build an important urban agglomeration with international competitiveness.
