| With tide of the economic globalization,countries have become much more closer,then the international engineering contracting market have a rapid development.SINOPEC HEAVY LIFTING TRANSPORTATION CO.,LTD(hereinafter referred to as “ SLT”)which is the largest lifting and transportation company,with the promotion of Chinese "The Belt and Road" strategy,also gained rapid development in overseas project contracting,but still exist many problems.At the same time,opportunities always coexist with challenges.In the new era,facing the new situation,it is significant for the SLT to analyze internal and external environment comprehensively and design appropriate overseas development strategies.Based on SWOT analysis,this paper has used related enterprise competitive strategy theory to analyze the SLT’s overseas business internal and external environment and get the result of external opportunities & threats and internal strengths & weaknesses.And then,the optimization orientation and core competitiveness power training orientation of the SLT’s overseas business development strategy is studied in this thesis.At the same time,formulated a strategic planning of overseas business by the aspects of strategic development orientation,commercial model position(including major business position,business,market layout,value chain chosen and profit pattern)and ensemble strategic target.By using QSPM matrix analysis,the development strategy of overseas business is formulated as a cost leadership strategy,with a focus on reducing machinery,manpower and operation costs.According to the planned strategic layout,this paper has also established corresponding organization insurance measures,market management measures,operation management measures,resources support measures,which ensure the real implementation of strategic planning. |
