| General Aviation is one of the two pillars of civil aviation,and Business Aviation Service enterprises are an important force in the general aviation industry.YT Business Aviation Service CO.Ltd.(YT),as a business aviation service enterprise,with the increasingly fierce competition in the industry,is urgent to establish its own competitive strategy according to the changes in the internal and external environment to support the company to stand out in the fierce competition.Based on the current situation of YT,this paper analyzes the strategic environment of YT based on Porter’s five-force model,SWOT and other analysis methods,and then formulates the competitive strategy suitable for YT in order to facilitate the realization of its market development,become the industry leading strategic objectives.Firstly,the background,purpose and significance of the research,the relevant literature on Strategic Management,the research contents and methods of this paper are described.Based on the analysis of the external opportunities and threats,internal advantages and disadvantages,it is proposed that YT should choose the differentiated competitive strategy from FBO construction,operation platform,products and services.Finally,the organization,the system safeguard,the Innovation Industry Coordination Mechanism,the capital and the financial safeguard and so on several aspects proposed the safeguard measure.The article guides the practice with the theory,provides the feasible competitive strategy for the YT’s development,promotes its further development,also provides certain practice reference and the model for the similar enterprise. |
