| For large-scale exhibition venues,in order to ensure the quality of visitors and personal safety,the normal operation of the lighting system is of great significance.However,the reliability of the control equipment,the power supply equipment and the lighting equipment in the lighting system has a certain limit,and the increase of the reliability causes the cost to increase drastically.In order to solve these problems both economically and reliably,redundancy techniques are often used in the design and application of the system.Redundancy technology is one of the main methods used in practical engineering to meet the requirements of system reliability.How to reasonably estimate,evaluate and analyze the reliability of redundant systems is the core task of redundant system design.Traditional redundancy reliability theory does not take into account the interaction between the life of the system unit,the analysis of redundant load sharing system will inevitably bring about large deviations,and thus cannot meet the engineering needs.At present,the reliability theory of redundant load sharing system is not yet mature.There are still many problems to be solved for the redundant load sharing system existing in the project.In this paper,targeting Liaoning Province Science and Technology Museum lighting system reliability analysis and redundancy design requirements,based on the lighting system structure,firstly,according to the reliability analysis theory of the traditional redundant system,the control link subsystem in the lighting system has completed the dual-mode hot standby and parallel redundant design.The safety integrity level SIL2 of IEC61508 has been reached.For the power supply link in the lighting system,several switching power supplies in each substation constitute r/n(G)voting redundant system.The system cannot ignore the influence of common load on its reliability.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and design the reliability theory of load shared redundant system.For the "main power distribution room"of the "Children’s Hall",the influence of the control device on the 2/3(G)voting redundant system was taken into consideration and the reliability of the voter was introduced;For the power distribution room of substation 1 of "Creating and Practice Hall",the external fault impact on the switching power supply cannot be neglected due to temperature changes,load fluctuations and frequent switching.Therefore,the influence of common cause failure is introduced in the analysis of system reliability,and the original model,β factor model and BFR model of the system are analyzed and compared.It is concluded that ignoring the effect of common-cause failure leads to the high expected result of system reliability,and explaining that the common-cause failure can counteract some of the effects of redundant structure to improve reliability.Finally,based on the theory of reliability in the case of common-load failure,this paper establishes a redundancy allocation optimization model with multi-moment reliability as the objective of the optimization of the series-parallel system consisting of the power supply link of the lighting system of "Exploration and Discovery Hall",and the genetic algorithms are selected to study the comprehensiveness of the optimization model and the effectiveness of the optimization algorithm,making a theoretical guidance to the further optimization for Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Museum lighting system. |
