Research On Whole-area Village And Town Spatial Structure Under The View Of Agricultural Industrialization

China is in the transition period from rapid urbanization to new-type urbanization.Both the administrative departments of urban and rural planning and the planning system have undergone significant changes,and new planning preparation means and methods are coming one after another.In particular,the promulgation and implementation of the national new-type urbanization and rural revitalization strategy has focused the attention of the industry on the development of small towns and rural areas.Traditional planning techniques and methods tend to focus on urban construction areas,pay more attention to the development of the second industry and the third industry,and lack of research on the vast villages and towns with the primary industry as the main body.At the completion of this paper,it is the time when the planning industry conducts a comprehensive discussion on the land space planning.Although no conclusion has been reached,it is certain that the future planning will pay more attention to the whole space,not only the construction land,but also all the natural resource elements including the non-construction land.It is under this background that this paper,based on the research on the development of small towns and agricultural industrialization,carries out spatial resource allocation based on industrial logic from the perspective of agricultural industry research,and explores the evolution of village space in the whole region.As a place for industrial agglomeration,the industrialization of agriculture will realize the decomposition,reorganization and derivation of resource elements in the whole region.The redistribution of regional resources will break the traditional aggregation inertia,and the spatial carriers of each economic link of the industrial chain will be rearranged according to their own production supply and demand relations,thus creating new types of production space.While the new occupation and residence relationship will bring a new way of life,the living space will gather in the region with a new combination mode around the production space.At the same time,as the background and link connecting all functional Spaces,ecological space will construct a new ecological pattern in the whole region.First of all,the development of small towns and agricultural industrialization research,according to the current situation of agricultural industrialization and rural layout research,summed up the existence of some problems.Firstly,the basic characteristics of agricultural industrialization in China are studied,and the changes of industrial development are obtained by comparing with the traditional agricultural production mode.And connotation of the industrialization of agriculture and complete industry chain and value chain system,according to the different features of the current situation of the agricultural development in China,deduce the four patterns of agricultural industrialization development in our country,the scale of the base model respectively,the suburban high value-added features of the region patterns,and brand models and the convergence of agriculture industrial park.Then focusing on the whole region of the village space,put forward the agricultural industrialization of small towns and towns "three living space" research ideas and framework system.Through hierarchical classification and classification,the complex and comprehensive space is disassembled into spatial elements with clear functions according to the division principle of "object-function",and its own characteristics are studied.In this paper,the whole village space is divided into three levels,including 12 types of functions and 31 types of elements.Taking function as the leading factor,this paper analyzes the characteristics of material space form,human activity and intention contained in space elements,and obtains the relationship between different space elements.After a full study of agricultural industrialization and the whole rural space,the next step focuses on the analysis of the coupling relationship between the two,and discusses how the development of agricultural industrialization and the evolution of rural space affect and interact with each other.Under the combined action of the factors affecting root solidity and the factors affecting variability,through the mechanism of the coupling relationship between the two,the overall manifestation of the coupling state is finally obtained.Finally,different combination modes are superimposed on spatial elements,and the combination structures of different spatial elements are deduced by coupling logic.Based on the research conclusion of the development path and mode of China’s agricultural industrialization mentioned above,the combination of spatial elements under the coupling state is applied,and finally four types of six different spatial structure models of villages and towns are derived.The main conclusions of this paper can provide suggestions for the development path and laws of agricultural industry in agricultural small towns,and provide a basis for the planning system of village-level and township-level overall space under the situation of the forthcoming territorial space planning,and provide ideas and theoretical basis for the specific planning of such small towns and villages.
