Study On The Town And Village System Of Jinxing Town,Huludao Under The Background Of Agricultural Modernization

With the development of new urbanization,the country is paying more and more attention to the rural problems.The construction and development of rural areas has been a key task of China's development.It helps to solve the two contradictions between urban and rural areas in the past and promote the integration of urban and rural areas.The key to the development of the countryside lies in agriculture.But nowadays,the traditional,inefficient and backward agriculture has seriously hindered the sustainable development of the rural economy and society.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out the agricultural reform and take the road of agricultural modernization.In the background of agricultural modernization,change the mode of agricultural production,gradually to scale,industrialization,specialization and standardization,socialization,intensive development,industrial structure,industrial scale and industrial layout will make reasonable adjustments,which will inevitably lead to the town of town and village system changes of town and village system will adapt to the new the new mode of production development and support.Jinxing town is a typical agricultural town in western Liaoning Province.It has a good agricultural base and is gradually changing to modern agriculture.It is now in the first stage of agricultural modernization.Therefore,taking Jinxing town as an example,this paper first reviews the existing research and related theories on agricultural modernization and town town and village system at home and abroad,and draws lessons from related cases,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of villages and towns below.Secondly,through field survey and interview survey on Jinxing Town,combing the present situation of agriculture,the relationship between agricultural production and farmers' life analysis,evaluation and analysis of the village and town of Jinxing,the level of development of agricultural modernization,so as to explore the future development trend of agricultural modernization in the town of Jinxing,and puts forward the development of agricultural modernization after Jinxing town village the system combined with the current characteristics of Jinxing town and village system.Then the horizontal effect of production factors,factors and other factors on the town and village system,including production factors industry factors are the core factors,traffic factors and public service facilities factors are the background factors in the background supporting factors,determined by the industry scale,structure,organization mode of production the spatial organization drive will affect the spatial layout of towns and villages and the scale of construction in a certain extent by the combination effect and population,boils down to the town and village system structure.Based on the analysis of influencing factors on the basis of the relationship between the evolution of longitudinal exploration of agricultural production and rural town of Jinxing space and potential rules in different stages of development of agricultural modernization,so as to determine the development trend of Jinxing town town and village system mainly includes three aspects,one is the residential industry driven collaborative development,two is the spatial layout of towns and villages gradually evolved three is a village intensive sustainable development.Finally,based on the spatial layout of towns and villages proposed Jinxing town industry development strategy,namely the establishment of "village unit",the combination of the spatial layout of towns and villages scattered and concentrated,the integration of the layout of the village,so as to optimize the Jinxing town town and village system,which can adapt to the development of agricultural production and farmers' life in agricultural modernization under the background.And provide a reference for the construction of similar agricultural town.
