With the development of modern industrial technology,the scale of factory production continues to expand,and more and more production models,production companies have shifted the focus of their work from ensuring quantity to ensuring quality.At present,in the field of industrial production,the factory still remains visually aware of the surface scratch detection method for automotive air-conditioning reservoirs.This detection method is time-consuming and labor-intensive,and has a large subjective error.The research of the scratch detection system on the surface of the reservoir has important practical significance.In order to change the surface scratch detection mode,help automobile air conditioner reservoir manufacturers can quickly detect the surface scratches of the reservoir in the production link,reduce manpower output,reduce the error rate,combined with the overall design requirements,designed a depth-based I have studied the automatic detection system for the scratches on the surface of the automobile airconditioning reservoir.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:Secondly,the process flow of automatic detection of scratches on the surface of the automobile air-conditioning reservoir is analyzed.The functional requirements of the automatic detection equipment for the scratches on the surface of the automobile air-conditioning reservoir are analyzed.The work flow of each branch is analyzed in detail.Then automatic detection equipment for the scratches on the surface of the automotive air-conditioning reservoir,the control system of the lower computer was designed.Its functions mainly include: the hardware to control the automatic detection equipment for the scratches on the surface of the automotive airconditioning reservoir.Software and other modules.In terms of hardware,it is necessary todevices and the circuit design of the control cabinet;in terms of software,it is necessary to write a PLC program to control the detection process of the lower computer.Finally,the VC ++ 6.0 platform is used to design the human-machine control system of the automatic detection device for the scratches on the surface of the automobile air-conditioning reservoir.The system uses surface of the automobile air-conditioning reservoir.After experimental testing,the accuracy of the system reached82.3%,the recall rate reached 85.4%,and the detection speed reached 24 FPS.The innovations of this paper: 1.Organically integrate the data of the feeding mechanism and online detection system in the production line of the reservoir to form a quality traceability system;2.Develop target detection technology based on deep convolutional neural networks to replace existing detection methods,Improve the detection accuracy and detection speed,and make the error detection of the automobile air conditioner liquid storage change from random inspection to full inspection to ensure product quality.
