| With the rapid development of science and technology,the development of domestic weapon systems is also changing with each passing day.More and more high technologies are used,and more and more advanced,with stronger and stronger performance.However,the development of weapon system detection technology and detection equipment is slow.In certain domestic type fire control computer test,for example,although now the fire control computer has been updated,but still USES the artificial detection method,efficiency is very low,and the wear and tear of the fire control computer and test bench is very serious,so research and improve the type of fire control computer detection methods for the improvement of detection efficiency and quality,and improve the stability and service life of the fire control computer has the practical significance.Based on the existing fire control computer testing platform,this paper studies the fire control computer testing method with the function of voltage measurement and automatic input.With AT89C51 microcontroller as the control core,AD0808 as the digital-to-analog conversion device,LCD1602 liquid crystal as the display device voltage measurement module,and using proteus to achieve the simulation of the voltage measurement module,completed the accuracy of 0.01 V voltage measurement module design.Aiming at the low efficiency and error-prone problem caused by manual input in the detection of fire control computer,the automatic input module is designed by using the CH9326 digital-to-analog conversion chip and AT89C51 as the controller.According to the detection time and recording time of each item in the fire control computer,this module designs different time intervals of adjacent instructions from the software level,thus realizing the purpose of automatically inputting instructions into the fire control computer after power is added.At the same time,in view of the inconvenience,error prone,resources wasting and low efficiency of using paper form to record fire control computer detection data,this paper usesC++ language,based on MFC(Microsoft base class library),to achieve the design of data recording software.The software can save the testing data of fire control computer serial port,RD,CAN,which can replace the paper recording and solve the problem of wasting resources.It is also convenient for data adding,saving,modifying.Simultaneously the test data uses binary code to record,compared with clear,which has high security.The research results of this paper can improve the detection efficiency and quality of this type of fire control computer.It can also save resources,reduce waste and raise the quality of weapons. |
