| This paper mainly aims at the control characteristics of the power unit cooperative control system of the steel formwork platform in high-rise buildings,and the problem of non-synchronization in the process of multi-motor cooperative control of the power unit of the Steel Platform,a control strategy based on maximum error dynamic compensation is designed.Single motor fuzzy control,multi-motor cooperative control,combined with simulation experiment to verify the effectiveness of the strategy and so on are studied.This paper mainly includes:(1)Research summary of multi motor cooperative control methodThis paper introduced the main components and working principle of the steel platform,models the three-phase asynchronous motor in the power unit of the steel platform,uses the vector control of slip angle frequency and simulation,on this basis,further introduces several multi motor cooperative control methods,and summarizes their characteristics and application occasions.(2)Improved the control mode of single motor in power unitIntroduced the control principle of fuzzy PID,designs the fuzzy controller,and compares the traditional PID speed regulation of single motor with the fuzzy PID speed regulation through MATLAB simulation software.The results show that the latter has better control effect.(3)Complete the modeling and Simulation of four motor cooperative control systemIntroduced the idea of maximum error dynamic compensation,presents the design process of cooperative controller,and applies it to the multi motor system with four motors as an example.Finally,the effectiveness of the strategy is verified by simulation experiments. |
