This task is from JinXi rail vehicles limited liability company's design of Dual-axis high-precision grinding machine synchronous speed control. In this design,the vector control is used for the AC- motors. And Fuzzy Control is used to solve the disadvantages like high order,nonlinear,strong coupling in the mathematical model of AC- motors.This paper presents a way of control combining fuzzy control and vector control of AC and DC motor control method, and this method is applied to system design. Experimental system builds an actual operating environment for bogie of freight car. By using two inverters to control two AC motors, It drives rotating support construction. At same time, the hydraulic system is loaded on the bogie. So that the axle bogie rotate with rotating support construction. To meet the simulation of shock indicators of the actual vehicle operation requirements, system must be designed to reduce the vibration impact of running test. The speed of two axle bogies is controlled by two inverters and four motors. If the four motors are not synchronized, this will cause bogie on the coaxial generating unnecessary torque and the two axle bogies will not synchronized. This will result in shock, greatly affected the test results.In this design,we select the PID Controller in which Item weights of Quantization factor and Scale factor can be adjusted automatically so that the dynamic performance of the system can be improved. And it has Self-optimizing properties and meets the system's control requirements In the design, the vector control function of Siemens frequency converter is used to adjust the speed of motors, and PID Fuzzy Control is realized by using Siemens PLC. By analyzing the matlab simulation result, fuzzy control shows its reliability and its accuracy.By debugging and running, it shows the feasibility of design. And its accuracy meets the need of the factory's production and expectation.
