The research of this paper comes from the enlightenment of 181 cases of electric bicycle traffic accidents in the national vehicle accident in-depth investigation system.That is,through the traffic accident monitoring video,it was found that when 106 electric bicycle cyclists collided with the left or right body of the SUV,19 cases of SUV drivers found that they took emergency steering operations before the collision,and there were emergency steering operations and no emergency.There are obvious differences between the collision position of the cyclist during the steering operation and the SUV,and the injury of the cyclist after the collision;at the same time,4 cases of SUV drivers were found to take danger and take emergency braking operations before the collision;The emergency operation of SUV in the side collision accident between man and SUV has important practical significance for the impact of cyclist injury.This paper mainly describes the data sources and methods of in-depth investigation of electric bicycle vehicle accidents,and conducts statistical analysis of these 181 electric bicycle vehicle accidents;at the same time,the multi-rigid body dynamics analysis software MADYMO is used to establish SUV-electric bicycle / Cyclist collision simulation model,rebuild and analyze the SUV-electric bicycle / cyclist accident case that adopts three kinds of emergency operations(emergency steering,emergency braking,emergency steering and braking)respectively,and obtain the impact of cycling An important factor in human head and lower limb injury.Based on factors such as SUV collision speed,electric bicycle collision speed,SUV emergency steering angle and braking deceleration coefficient,the reconstruction simulation test is designed to analyze the impact of various factors on the cyclist's head and lower limb injuries,and to study the SUV in the accident The regularity of the impact of emergency operations on cyclist injuries.The results show that: SUV collision speed,electric bicycle collision speed,SUV emergency steering angle,and the initial collision angle between SUV and electric bicycle are important factors that affect the cyclist 's injury.when SUV only takes emergency braking operation When the brake deceleration has little effect on the cyclist's injury.When the SUV adopts emergency steering operation,if the SUV emergency steering angle is too large and the SUV speed is too high,the SUV will side slip;when the SUV side slip,the cyclist's head and lower limb injuries will increase with the SUV emergency steering angle.Significantly increased;and the higher the speed of the SUV,the more serious the side slip,and the smaller the SUV emergency steering angle corresponding to the starting point of the side slip;when there is no side slip in the SUV,the cyclist's head and lower limb injuries follow the SUVemergency steering angle.Increase and decrease.The head and lower limb injuries of cyclists increase with the speed of SUV and the speed of electric bicycle.When the initial collision angle between the SUV and the electric bicycle is 45 ° or 51 °,the cyclist 's right lower limb is more seriously injured than the left lower limb.The side-slipping SUV will exacerbate the cyclist 's head and lower limb injuries.And it will be more obvious at 45 °.At an initial collision angle of 90 ° or 135 °,the left lower limb of the cyclist was more seriously injured than the right lower limb.The side-slip SUV did not exacerbate the cyclist 's head and lower limb injuries;The injury of the cyclist's head and lower limb decreases with the increase of the SUV emergency steering angle,and increases with the increase of the SUV collision speed;When the initial collision angle is 135 °,the cyclist's head and lower limb injuries will be greater than when the initial collision angle is 90 °.Therefore,during the collision,as long as the SUV does not have a side slip,the rider's damage is relatively minimal when the SUV driver takes emergency steering and brakes.emergency oversteering of the SUV is a very dangerous working condition.It will cause the SUV to slide sideways,and the cyclist's head and lower limb injuries will increase sharply.At the same time,when the initial collision angle between the SUV and the electric bicycle is 45 °,the side slip has the most serious impact on the cyclist's injury.
