| The integrated modular trestle integrated lightweight combination bottom plate is a new type of trestle bottom plate. The combined bottom plate is mainly composed of thin-walled steel skeleton and filled foam concrete core material. It has the advantages of light weight and convenient construction.Compared with the modular trestle bottom plate, the new trestle bottom plate shows better performance advantages, and its freeze-thaw resistance is better. It also replaces the trestle bottom support, reducing the overall steel consumption of the trestle structure, which is a good development prospect.New structural form.At present, there is little research on this new type of composite bottom plate for modular trestle bridges at home and abroad. Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and engineering application value to study the mechanical properties of this composite bottom plate. This article takes the lightweight combination bottom plate as the research object, mainly carried out the following research work:Based on the research of the single-block combination bottom plate in the laboratory stage, two new combination bottom plates were redesigned.Based on the Abaqus platform, the finite element models of the two combination bottom plates were established. The finite element simulation results were analyzed to obtain the mechanics of the new combination bottom plate performance.Designed a reasonable combined bottom plate static test program, installed two new combined bottom plates on a single-belt trestle structure to conduct a solid full-scale static test to simulate the actual working conditions of the bottom plate of the trestle bridge, and tested the design load of the new lightweight bottom plate The vertical and horizontal mechanical properties under the test, and compare the test results with the finite element simulation results,It is obtained that the combined floor is still in the elastic working stage when it is loaded to the design load. The foam concrete greatly improves the rigidity of the combined floor and can work well with the steel skeleton. In addition, the main factors that affect the mechanical properties of the combined floor are also analyzed. This article can provide relevant reference for the further optimization of trestle floor structure and trestle overall structure. |
