In recent years,the modular trestle has been rapidly developed with its large span and high bearing capacity.The modular trestle requires factory prefabrication,convenient on-site installation,and reduced utilization of large construction equipment.In this regard,this paper proposes a fabricated composite beam-slab structure.The fabricated composite beam and slab structure is a structure developed based on modern steel structures and concrete structures.The mechanical properties of this structure are still unclear.In this paper,the force characteristics of this structure will be analyzed by static test and finite element numerical simulation.In this paper,the static test of two fabricated composite beam slabs is carried out,and the mechanical characteristics of the components are analyzed.The deformation and crack development of components under vertical load are mainly analyzed.And judge the combination of different materials according to the strain situation everywhere.At the same time,the finite element analysis of the test components was carried out.The test component model is created by the finite element software ABAQUS,and the components are applied according to the boundary conditions and the loading system.On this basis,by adjusting the numerical model parameters of the fabricated composite beam and slab,including the steel model,concrete strength grade and steel spacing,the influence of different factors on the bearing capacity of the composite member is discussed.The results show that compared with the simple-supported steel beam working alone,the combined moment of inertia increases,and the bearing capacity and bending performance of the member are significantly improved;the steel beam of the beam-slab composite member moves up and down the axis,steel The beam and concrete slabs work together;the experimental results are consistent with the finite element analysis results;with the increase of the type of steel beam,the initial stiffness and deformation resistance of the specimens are obviously improved;within the scope of the study,the concrete strength grade and the spacing of the steel bars The bearing capacity of the components is not significant.
