In this paper,a set of modular coal Steel Trestle model as the research object,the 36 m cross entity model for the static load test,and real-time test and analysis,through the analysis of the test data of static characteristics of the structure,and then based on the nonlinear finite element theory,using finite element software MIDAS/ Civil to establish the model of module structure of Steel Trestle and the static analysis.Through the computer simulation results are compared with the experimental results,verify the correctness and rationality of the finite element model,combined with the related theory the influencing factors of the static characteristics of in-depth research,obtained a series of how to improve the overall stability of the structure of static characteristics and structure related measures.The finite element model can correctly establish complete modular structure of the Steel Trestle,a full analysis of the test data,through in-depth research and Analysis on the reasonable finite element model,the correct analysis of Steel Trestle structure static characteristics analysis of Steel Trestle,stress characteristics,structure design is reasonable,safety is of great significance,at the same time for the design and optimization the structure in the domestic research and application to the theoretical guidance and provide the basis for future.
