Permanent magnet coupling device is a kind of device that relies on magnetic force to transmit torque.It takes permanent magnet magnet as the core drive component and has many advantages such as contactless drive,good soft start performance,overload protection,environmental protection and energy saving.Therefore,it is widely used in a variety of industrial occasions with transmission requirements.In this paper,a magnetized permanent magnetic coupling device is proposed by combing the current research status of the permanent magnetic coupling device,and the following aspects are studied:First of all,the mechanism characteristics of magnetized permanent magnet coupling device are introduced.The basic structure is mainly composed of main and driven shafts,permanent magnet magnetic ring and magnetic ring moving speed regulating mechanism with few components,and the overall structure is simple and reliable.Second principle of the characteristic of magnetizing type permanent magnet coupling device were analyzed,and the Lord,don't need the extra space between the driven shaft mechanism,only need to move the circular by governor mechanism,main magnetization and different area of the driven shaft,affected by the intensity of magnetization,both between master and driven shaft drive the change of the magnetic torque,so as to realize the different driving state,the driven shaft.Then,by analyzing the magnetic material characteristics of the magnetic ring of the permanent magnet,the key component of the device,the ferromagnetic material with large magnetic energy product coefficient is selected,and the magnetic field of the device is calculated according to the magnetic circuit design theory and the method of equivalent magnetic charge,and the magnetic moment equation is derived.The simulation model of magnetized permanent magnetic coupling device is built based on the finite element analysis software Ansys Maxwell,and the magnetic flux distribution of the magnetic field intensity,magnetic flux intensity and trend,static magnetic circuit and dynamic magnetic circuit of the device are respectively analyzed.The effectiveness of the simulation model is verified by comparing the experimental data with the simulation results.Finally,on the basis of completing the manufacture of small prototype and the construction of experimental platform,the performance test of transmission torque and speed under the working conditions of constant output speed,constant load torque and soft start is carried out to verify the functional effect of magnetized permanent magnetic coupling device.
