| Natural light is the cleanest energy source on the planet.People’s ancestors lived in the sun,and human evolution has fully adapted to natural light.With the improvement of construction technology and the improvement of science and technology,artificial light sources are everywhere in our lives,which makes us forget the importance of natural light and believes that artificial light sources can replace natural light.Natural light brings us more than just lighting.Natural light is also vital to the health of the human body.It will have a significant impact on the human visual system,non-visual system,and mental health.With the use of more and more artificial light sources,many people who have lacked natural light for a long time have appeared.Due to the lack of natural light,people have begun to pay attention to natural lighting indoors.The efficient use of natural light has far-reaching significance for rural houses.It is significant not only for energy saving in rural houses,but also for the health of users.For a long time,the construction of rural dwellings lacks the constraints of relevant laws and regulations,and the lack of scientific guidance has led to the construction of rural dwellings blindly.This article first establishes the theoretical basis through the research and analysis of the residential daylighting part of the healthy building theory.By analyzing the relevant indicators that affect the lighting quality,it is determined that the relevant indicators that can effectively evaluate indoor healthy lighting.Through the research on the related literature of domestic and foreign rural dwellings and related documents on residential daylighting optimization,as well as the research on the relevant theories of healthy buildings,the research method suitable for this paper is found and relevant guidance is provided for the thesis.The research on the relevant literature on the effect of natural light on human physiology and mental health has drawn the importance and significance of natural light optimization.Secondly,the basic characteristics of physical geography,meteorology and climate of Handan area are summarized through investigation and data query.The basic situation of residential construction and daylighting in the eastern rural area of Handan was analyzed through interviews and questionnaires.The factors affecting the health of rural residential daylighting were analyzed,and the necessity of natural lighting optimization was derived.Through questionnaires about the daily habits of rural people,find out the types of residents’ needs for natural lighting and the methods of simulation experiments.Experimental tests determine the needs of different people for indoor natural lighting,and provide optimization basis and data support for future healthy lighting optimization.Perform field lighting tests on four representative types of houses,analyze the reasons for the failure of daylighting,the influencing factors,and the impact on human health,and provide a basis and reference for later data simulation.Thirdly,in view of the insufficient indoor lighting caused by different influencing factors,different natural lighting optimization measures are proposed.Proposed different optimization strategies from different perspectives,including the indoor influencing factor optimization strategy,the outdoor planar layout on the light environment influencing factor optimization strategy,and the modern advanced lighting technology optimization strategy.Finally,based on the research and analysis and summary of optimization strategies,simulation optimization was performed on the houses with different types of daylighting problems to verify the feasibility of the optimization strategies.This article is based on the concept of health,based on the theory of healthy architecture,and provides scientific guidance and suggestions for the future rural residential construction.Through experimental tests and simulations,the indoor illumination requirements of different groups of children and elderly people in rural houses were found,which contributed to improving the living quality of rural houses.There are few related researches on rural lighting in eastern Handan.This article supplements the related research on rural lighting in eastern Handan. |
