With the energy shortage,global warming and many other problems,the automotive industry began to pay more and more attention to energy saving and emission reduction,so pure electric vehicles would become the main direction of the development of new energy vehicles in China.Gearbox is the key device of automobile transmission system.Compared with the traditional single gear transmission,the two speed gearbox can obviously improve the economy and power performance of pure electric vehicle.At the same time,in order to meet the requirements of the pure electric vehicle to be able to shift without power interruption,the overrunning clutch has been applied to the two speed transmission of the pure electric vehicle.The overrunning clutch researched in this paper needs to be matched with a two speed gearbox of a pure electric vehicle,so it needs to meet the use requirements of this gearbox.Through the structural design,mechanical performance simulation analysis,fatigue life and shift impact test,the overrunning clutch is studied.The main research contents are as follows:1.The research background and significance of overrunning clutch,the research status of overrunning clutch at home and abroad,and the working principle of overrunning clutch are introduced in detail.2.The design process of overrunning clutch structure is introduced in detail.The three-dimensional model of overrunning clutch is established by CATIA software.The inner ring and outer ring are meshed by Hyper Mesh software respectively.On this basis,the static simulation analysis of inner ring and outer ring is carried out by ABAQUS finite element software according to the two working conditions of reverse gear and forward gear of overrunning clutch The fatigue life of overrunning clutch is simulated and analyzed in FE-SAFE.The results show that the maximum stress of the inner and outer ring of the overrunning clutch is less than the allowable stress,and the overrunning clutch can meet the requirements of fatigue life in two conditions.3.The virtual prototype model of the gearbox is built by using the virtual prototype simulation analysis software ADAMS.The dynamic characteristics of the overrunning clutch are obtained and the correctness of the design parameters is verified.The upshift and downshift process of the two speed gearbox are simulated and the simulation results are analyzed in detail.It is concluded that the overrunning clutch meets the design requirements in dynamics.4.Test the overrunning clutch.Based on the existing TCU hardware,a controller is built to control the speed of the drive motor and the shift process.The overrunning clutch is processed,and inertia plate is built to test the acceleration fatigue life and shift impact of overrunning clutch.The experimental data are obtained by collecting motor speed and output shaft speed,calculating fatigue test time and shifting impact times.The test shows that the fatigue life of overrunning clutch and the number of shifts based on the gearbox meet the design requirements.The overrunning clutch researched in this paper needs to be matched with a two speed gearbox of a pure electric vehicle,so it needs to meet the use requirements of the secondary gearbox.Through the structural design,mechanical performance simulation analysis,fatigue life and shift impact test,the overrunning clutch is studied.The main research contents are as follows:In this paper,the fatigue life and shift impact process of the overrunning clutch are simulated by software,and the overrunning clutch is verified to meet the design requirements by fatigue test and shift impact test.
