With the deepening of market-oriented process,product quality has become a decisive factor in the development of enterprises.How to improve and improve product quality and service,and make profits from this process,It has become the goal and primary issue for modern enterprises to think and strive for.Lean quality management has absorbed TOYOTA's lean production and the essence of total quality management proposed by FAGGEN castle,and has become the direction of learning and research for modern manufacturing enterprises.The core of lean production is to focus on prevention,find out the root cause of the problem,analyze and solve the problem,put an end to all the waste in the production process,and achieve the quality leap of zero defect in the production process.This paper takes the rail welding unit of BZ-TAI Company as the research object,and mainly analyses the problems existing in the quality management of the rail welding unit of BZ-TAI Company.Based on the quality-oriented,the Lean quality management method is used to optimize and try to build a system suitable for BZ-TAI Company's product quality management.Firstly,the paper combs the thought of lean production and the process and theory of total quality management.At the same time,it sufficiently summarizes the definition,process and tool method of lean production and total quality management combined with the research results of domestic and foreign scholars in related fields.The management idea of lean production on the production site and the quality management idea of BZ-TAI Company are used for reference and absorbed,and the management idea of Lean quality management is put forward.Aiming at the four quality problems of BZ-TAI company,which are weak quality consciousness of employees,inadequate execution of process standardization operations,poor raw materials from suppliers and slow quality management,this paper uses Lean quality management tools to analyze and trace them,and applies 8D and 5WHY analysis models to find out the root causes of the problems,and puts forward some suggestions.Effective action plan,continuous improvement and cyclical operation to achieve customer satisfaction as the purpose.In terms of employee quality awareness,training and performance appraisal are carried out on an irregular basis to let employees understand the company's quality policy and quality requirements,and to stimulate employee quality awareness in the form of quality awards and quality honor lists.In the implementation of process standardization,we should establish and improve the supervisory process of hierarchical audit,namely LPA audit mechanism.On the issue of suppliers with poor raw materials,we mainly define the responsibilities between SQE and QE,optimize the performance management system,and establish the process of dealing with major abnormalities of supplier's raw materials to improve the level of suppliers' raw materials.In dealing with abnormal interruptions,BZ-TAI has defined the upgrade process and the implementation of PFM rapid response mechanism.
