Research On The Construction Of YCZB Company's Lean Production Management System

Nowadays,with the rapid development of globalization,the market competition is becoming more and more fierce,and the demand of consumers is becoming more and more individualized and diversified.With the development of high-quality,individualized and diversified products,more stringent requirements are put forward for the production,manufacturing and production management of enterprises.Thus,the innovation and development of management of manufacturing industry has become an important symbol of the development of the times.Since the 1950 s,lean production management has been extended from Toyota to many global enterprises,which is of great benefit to enterprises,especially large multinational manufacturing enterprises,to improve production efficiency,human resource management,customer satisfaction and corporate culture.How to combine the excellent management theory with the management practice of Chinese enterprises and explore the way of lean production management suitable for Chinese manufacturing enterprises is an important topic for researchers and enterprise managers.Based on this,this paper takes YCZB Company as the research object,mainly because its production management level lags behind,leading to frequent problems in its production management field.Taking this as the research object,the construction of lean production management system can focus on solving the key problems.In the research,it is found that YCZB company has the problems of product progress and quality caused by unreasonable production organization,site confusion caused by inadequate 5S management,frequent product problems caused by inadequate quality management,and low punctual delivery rate and customer satisfaction caused by unreasonable production management process and poor management,which lead to production costs and warehouses.The high cost of storage and other issues.In view of many problems in the production management of YCZB Company,this paper sums up many problems existing in the production management of YCZB Company through the analysis of the present situation of the production management of YCZB Company,and analyses the reasons behind the problems,so as to construct the lean production management system of YCZB Company.Firstly,the overall construction idea is established from the basic objectives and principles of the construction.Secondly,from the operational level,the construction of lean production management sub-module is carried out in three aspects: the optimization design of production organization mode,the optimization design of production site management and the optimization design of quality management,so as to improve the challenges faced by YCZB company in production management.
