Lithium batteries,as a clean,efficient,energy-intensive and memory-free energy source,are increasingly used in our daily life.Lithium batteries is a kind of dangerous chemicals.In the more severe transportation environment,it is easy to cause the damage of lithium batteries due to unqualified transportation packaging,and ultimately lead to irreparable consequences.Especially in recent years,the regional circulation of lithium batteries has increased rapidly,which puts forward higher requirements for the safety performance of lithium battery transport packaging protection.Therefore,through simulating the common transportation environment,the comprehensive protection performance of lithium battery transportation packaging box was tested and analyzed.According to the main problems found in this paper,the moisture-proof coating of corrugated board material for packaging was studied.The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence of different transportation environment conditions on the transportation safety performance of packaging carton,and then put forward scientific improvement measures and more reasonable lithium battery packaging scheme,and comprehensively improve its transportation protection performance.In this paper,four-layer corrugated board?250g/170g/100g/250 g C stare blankly,match material g weight from left to right in order to face paper,corrugated paper and paper,the following is the same?and five-layer corrugated board?200g/120g/120g/120g/200g BA stare blankly?with the same quantity and size are selected as corrugated board box materials,and the changes of physical and mechanical properties of these two kinds of corrugated boards and their packaging cartons under different transportation environment conditions are analyzed and studied.Mathematical modeling is carried out on the basis of experiments,and the influence of temperature on the protective performance of corrugated box was studied by single factor analysis of variance.X-300 moisture-proof coating was used to treat the corrugated paper box with different material structure by means of smooth roll gluing.The improvement of protective performance of corrugated board box by different coating amount of moisture-proof coating under different temperature and humidity environment was studied.The optimum coating amount was determined under the conditions of temperature and humidity selected in the experiment.The regression equation of the moisture content of four-layer corrugated board with coating amount and ambient humidity was established.In addition,the safety performance of transport packaging for large lithium batteries is also studied in this paper.Taking Volvo large car lithium battery as a sample,according to the principle and method of transport packaging design,the lithium battery transport packaging box was designed,and its safety performance was tested and analyzed by using the international ISTA 3E transport safety standard.The results show that the four-layer corrugated cardboard and its cartons are better than the five-layer corrugated cardboard and its cartons in transport protection performance under various temperature and humidity conditions selected in the experiment.The comprehensive physical properties of corrugated board box reached the highest under the conditions of23?and RH50%.The test statistic F=2.75,which is less than F0.95?2,15?.It can be seen that the influence of ambient temperature on the physical and mechanical properties of corrugated board and corrugated board box is relatively small under the same humidity condition.In term of that improvement of the safety performance of the coat to the carton,when the ambient humidity is RH30%,the coating amount of 10g/?can make the comprehensive performance of corrugated board box reach the best.Under the conditions of RH 65%and RH 90%,the optimum coating amounts were 6g/?and 16g/?,respectively.And the quantitative relationship among moisture content,ambient humidity and coating amount of four-layer corrugated board box was obtained:In a highly humid environment is y1=-2.556-0.514x3+0.203x4,in a low humidity environment is y2=1.842+0.229x5+0.115x6.For the transportation of large lithium batteries,the whole paper packaging box designed in this study can meet the requirements of ISTA 3E transportation safety inspection standard.It can pass the impact,pressure,vibration and rotary drop test in the detection standard,and can ensure the safety of the large lithium battery in actual transportation.
