In the new era,the economic and social development of our country is restricted by the energy,resources and environment.The energy conservation and emission reduction have a severe situation with the tough task.Office building as one of the main building types in China,it has large covered areas is huge and is continuously growing.In the annual operation energy consumption of office buildings,cooling and heating energy use usually accounts for 30% to 50%,of which the proportion of cooling and heating energy use caused by the heat transfer of the external building envelope is about 20% to 50%.Improving the heat insulation of the external building envelope is a significant method to realize building energy conservation.The solar-reflective cool wall technology in this paper refers to a kind of external wall heat insulation measure which uses architectural reflective thermal insulating coating to improve the solar light reflection rate of external wall.This paper firstly analyzes the energy-saving principles related to the application of solar-reflective cool wall technology in office buildings,then compares the simulation software of building energy consumption,and determines to select OpenStudio software as the research tool of this paper.By using the method of software simulation,this paper mainly explores the influence of wall orientation,outdoor design parameters,building age and other factors on the energy-saving effect of solar-reflective cool wall technology.On this basis,this paper focuses on studying the energy-saving effect of the solar-reflective cool wall technology on the office buildings in different climate zones.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)For the areas where the cool roof technology can be used to reduce the total energy consumption of cooling and heating system in office buildings,the use of the solarreflective cool wall technology should be considered.In addition,the earlier the office buildings age,the worse the heat insulation capability of building envelope and the more obvious the energy-saving effect of solar-reflective cool wall technology.(2)The solar-reflective cool wall technology can be used to have energy-saving effect in the office buildings of cold zone,hot-summer and cold-winter zone,hot-summer and warm-winter zone and mild zone.But for severe cold climate zone,the solar-reflective cool wall technology can be used to have energy-saving effect only in the office buildings of severe cold C zone.For office buildings in severe cold C zone and cold zone,the best wall combination using the solar-reflective cool wall technology is as follows: the north,east and west wall.For office buildings in hot-summer and cold-winter zone,hot-summer and warmwinter zone and mild zone,the best wall combination using the solar-reflective cool wall technology is as follows: the north,east,south,west wall.(3)Under the best wall combination using the solar-reflective cool wall technology condition,the climate zones are ranked in order of the annual cooling and heating electricity saving as follows: hot-summer and cold-winter zone > mild zone > hot-summer and coldwinter zone > cold zone > severe cold C zone;the climate zones are ranked in order of the annual cooling and heating energy-saving rate as follows: mild zone > hot-summer and coldwinter zone > hot-summer and cold-winter zone > cold zone > severe cold C zone.
