| With the rapid development of domestic robots,the core component of the robot-RV reducer is accelerating the localization.Due to the imperfection of domestic detection methods and detection technologies,the quality of the domestic reducer is uneven,which seriously hinders the domestic production of RV reducers.The process of RV reducer performance index detection method is of great significance to improve the quality of China’s RV reducer and accelerate the process of localization.This article takes the prototype of the RV40 E reducer as the research object,and studies the detection methods of key performance indicators such as the transmission accuracy,backlash and life of the RV reducer.The main work is as follows:Based on CREO,the three-dimensional model of RV40 E reducer is established,and its transmission principle and transmission chain are analyzed;the rigidity of the pin gear shell and the output disk is compared through finite element.The output disk has higher rigidity.The amount can reduce the overall transmission accuracy and backlash;analyze the detection indicators of the RV reducer and propose key indicators that have a greater impact on the performance of the whole machine,laying the foundation for the subsequent research on the detection method.The investigation and analysis of two current detection methods commonly used by reducer manufacturers,and the use of transmission accuracy to evaluate the index of the one-way rotation of the reducer.The transmission accuracy detection is not affected by the measurement starting point and can truly reflect the movement accuracy of the reducer.Build a transmission error detection platform,respectively detect the mainstream RV40 E reducers at home and abroad,and calculate the transmission accuracy.The results show that the transmission accuracy detection method can meet the detection requirements,and the detection results are accurate and efficient.Improve the traditional hysteresis curve detection method,analyze and compare the hysteresis curve method and the positive and negative transmission error method.The hysteresis curve detects the return difference of a static meshing point,and the positive and negative transmission error method detects different meshing positions Corresponding to the curve composed of hysteresis.Tested with RV40 E reducer,the results show that the hysteresis measured by the hysteresis curve method is always within the fluctuation range of the hysteresis measured by the positive and negative transmission error method.The positive and negative transmission error method reflects the information more accurately and comprehensively,and the degree of automation is higher.The time has been shortened by 25.44%,the efficiency of hysteresis detection has been significantly improved,and the domestic and foreign RV40 E has been tested to verify the correctness of the method.Taking a domestic RV40 E reducer as a prototype,design an accelerated degradation test to obtain the efficiency decline curve with time,establish an RVreducer life decline model,and calculate the pseudo-failure life of the prototype;the life prediction model of the RV reducer uses an inverse power law model Design the group test,calculate the parameters in the model from the previous eight sets of data,and compare the predicted results with the life of the ninth group.The difference between the predicted life and the test life does not exceed 6%,and the model is more accurate.This method can effectively shorten the life test cycle and reduce the cost of life test.In summary,the thesis puts forward the detection methods of key performance indicators such as transmission accuracy,backlash and life of RV reducers.Theoretical analysis and experimental demonstrations show that the above detection methods are reliable and efficient,which provides a comprehensive performance quality evaluation for RV reducers Reliable data. |
