With the rapid growth of social economy and the acceleration of urbanization,a large number of people flow into the city,"urban disease" brings a series of housing problems,the most affected is the young people who just took part in the work.Therefore,the country has issued corresponding policies to promote the development of housing rental market represented by the youth apartments to solve the housing problems of the youth groups,but analysis of most of the existing youth apartment design It is not difficult to find that most of them are monotonous and lack of new ideas,which leads to the low liking of young people.At the same time,the new space consumption mode emerges at the historic moment,which is deeply loved by young people with the integration of high and new technology.Under these circumstances,it is of great practical significance to explore the design of shared youth apartments to improve the living satisfaction and urban happiness of young people.But so far,the research of "sharing" and "Youth Apartment" is separate,they are in the parallel track of independent state,almost no intersection.The main purpose of this design and research is to combine the design of shared architecture with the design of traditional youth apartments,and draw an ideal design model of shared youth apartments that can be used for reference in the future youth apartment design,so as to provide a valuable reference for the future youth apartment design and research.Based on the theory of shared architecture and youth apartment design,this paper studies the needs of young people,establishes a shared youth apartment model integrating landscape,architecture and interior,integrates the shared concept into the building itself and the internal and external environment of the building,so that the shared concept is closely combined with the Youth Apartment,and finds a balance point in the design of shared architecture and youth apartment In order to meet the dynamic needs of young people,so that the young people who have just entered the workplace no longer have "housing difficulties" and live well at the same time.First of all,this paper analyzes the living situation of young people in China,points out the existing problems in the current residential space design,and leads to the necessity of shared youth apartment design.On this basis,the purpose,significance,research object and related concepts of this subject are put forward.This paper uses a variety of research methods,including literature search,field investigation,case analysis,comprehensive comparison and online questionnaire survey,and multi-dimensional and multi angle analysis of shared youth apartment design.Next,this paper has carried on the research status of shared architecture,multichannel query and read the domestic and foreign related theories,accumulated the preconditions for the research of this topic,at the same time,it has deeply analyzed the domestic and foreign related practical cases,pointed out the existing problems and design advantages and disadvantages of the current youth apartment space model.Then,this paper studies the characteristics of the shared youth apartment design.First,it analyzes the contemporary youth values and behavior characteristics.Second,it uses online questionnaire survey to analyze the living status of single and unmarried youth groups from multiple perspectives.Third,it compares the shared youth apartment with the unshared youth apartment.Fourth,it analyzes the design characteristics of the shared youth apartment Explain and summarize.Finally,combined with the full text,the design of Yinhu shared youth apartment is carried out.From the landscape,architecture and interior of the design results,the combination of sharing concept and architecture is reflected,which provides valuable reference for the researchers who will design shared youth apartment in the future.
