Research And Design Of Youth Long-term Rental Apartments Based On Shared Vision

With the continuous growth of floating population and the rising of housing prices,there is a great potential for the development of housing rental market.With the support of national policies,the youth long rent apartments emerge and grow in an explosive manner.Unlike traditional rental housing,young long rent apartments pay more attention to spiritual satisfaction.Because they are still in the exploration stage,there are many problems behind them,such as unreasonable space design.The sharing theory is a strategy for intensive sharing of tangible and intangible resources and space combination,which helps designers optimize the function allocation design of long-term rent apartments for young people and meet the needs of living and spiritual.Based on the theory of sharing,this paper analyzes the living status,living habits and needs of young people by means of literature research and online questionnaire.It also selects three different series of domestic cases of long rent apartments for field investigation,and analyzes the configuration and design of them,combs the advantages and disadvantages,and discusses the universal functions in the perspective of sharing The above research conclusions are taken as the main reference basis and summarized as the design principles and Strategies of youth long rent apartments based on shared vision.The design principles and strategies are used to design the International Youth apartments of Qingdao Zhongchuang international,and the design principles and design strategies proposed in this paper are verified during the improvement process.This research aims to improve the living experience of young people,meet the aesthetic needs of personalized life,create a living atmosphere,promote social communication and create the sense of belonging of apartments,and strive to provide a relatively scientific and reasonable basis for the design of long rent apartments for contemporary youth.
