The Redesign And Application Of Miao Butterfly Pattern In Cultural And Creative Products In Qiandongnan

Miao nationality is an ancient ethnic group with a long history.Through the ages,it has created a splendid Miao culture,which is a profound influence on the development of history and the formation of the Chinese nation.After generations of migration,Miao people are scattered all over the world,distributed in China,Guizhou,Hunan,Sichuan,and other places,mainly gathered in the southeast of this land.Although the Miao people have their own language,they have never created their own language,so graphic patterns become the external symbols for them to convey religious thoughts and record the details of life,and are often used on the carrier of Miao people’s clothing,architecture,daily necessities and so on.The patterns of the Miao nationality are rich,bright and simple.This paper takes the butterfly pattern of Qiandongnan Miao nationality as the entry point,collects relevant materials,sorts out and summarizes them,explores their cultural origin and causes from the cultural background of Qiandongnan miao nationality,and analyzes them according to patterns,color features and implied meaning.Based on the concept of modern art design,this paper explores the redesigning application of Qiandongnan Miao butterfly patterns in cultural and creative products,which not only maintains its own national characteristics and cultural connotation,but also innovates on this basis.The thesis mainly collects relevant materials through field investigation,shooting and interviews with local people in southeast Guizhou province,and completes the writing through relevant collection materials,papers and books.The author will conduct in-depth research from the following aspects: first,the cultural and historical background of the Miao nationality in southeast Guizhou,the trace of butterfly patterns and cultural connotation are summarized,and relevant domestic and foreign research data are collected for analysis and induction.Second,literature research,field survey,image research,interview,questionnaire survey and comparative study were used to summarize,comb and summarize the modeling methods,color features and aesthetic preferences of the Miao butterfly patterns in southeast Guizhou,laying the foundation for the following creative ideas and design methods.Third,taking Qiandongnan miao butterfly patterns as the creation material,using the design methods of connotation mining,element extraction and element reconstruction,the design practice of Qiandongnan miao butterfly patterns was carried out,and the graduation works were analyzed with theoretical research.Finally,combined with the background of The Times to summarize the full text and the future research work.
