With the development and progress of the times,waste polymer rubber particles("rubber particles")have been increasing.If they cannot be recycled effectively,the earth's resources will gradually become scarce.This article uses waste polymer material rubber particles as the main raw material to prepare special modified asphalt,and applies it to prefabricated curly pavement to achieve the effects of simple,rapid construction of urban roads,rapid opening of traffic,and alleviation of urban noise.This article aims to develop a class of special modified asphalt materials based on waste polymer materials and apply them to prefabricated rollable pavement structures.(1)Determination of preparation process of special modified asphaltThrough the review of the previous literature and the study of relevant tests,the determination of the raw materials for the special modified asphalt was carried out.According to the selected materials,special modified asphalt was prepared.The parameters of shear temperature and time,development temperature and development time were determined.The effects of materials on asphalt performance were studied through experiments,and the preparation process of special modified asphalt was determined.The performance index of special modified asphalt prepared by mixing different raw materials was obtained through orthogonal test method.The technical requirements of modified asphalt were analyzed in combination with the special modified asphalt mixture required for prefabricated rollable pavement to determine the optimal group allocation ratio.range.(2)Study on the performance of special modified asphaltAccording to the optimal group distribution ratio range,two special modified asphalts RSA-1 and RSA-2 were prepared.Matrix asphalt,SBS modified asphalt,high-viscosity modified asphalt and rubber asphalt were selected as the control group.Study on variable test performance and microstructure.Research shows that the addition of modifiers improves the performance of asphalt.RSA-1 and RSA-2 have good high and low temperature properties,good viscosity and adhesion,and meet the requirements of special modified asphalt used in prefabricated curly pavement.Technical requirements;The high-temperature performance and low-temperature performance of modified asphalt have been effectively improved.The dispersion compatibility of the modifier in RSA-1 and RSA-2 is good,and there are both chemical reactions and physical blending during the modification process.(3)Study on the performance of special modified asphaltThe RAC-10 C gradation range of the pre-rolled asphalt mixture is selected,and the mix ratio and the optimal oil-stone ratio are determined through bending test and rut test.? Road performance of RSA-2 asphalt mixture.The self-healing performance of special modified asphalt RSA-1 and RSA-2 is studied by controlling the temperature and damage degree of trabecular bending test.Studies have shown that RSA-1 and RSA-2 asphalt mixtures have good high and low temperature performance,sufficient viscoelastic properties between asphalt cement and aggregate,strong water loss resistance,excellent self-healing ability,and can meet prefabrication.Technical requirements for rollable pavement asphalt mixtures.
