As early as 2000,my country has officially entered an aging society,and pension has evolved into a social problem that cannot be ignored.Despite the advanced equipment for institutional old-age care,there is a large gap between the number of beds and the number of elderly people-"one bed is hard to find",and the elderly in rural areas are in urgent need of old-age service facilities.Under the guidance of the "inventory planning" policy,a large number of newly-built old-age care institutions do not meet the actual situation.You can consider transforming existing buildings into old-age service facilities.At the same time,my country has adopted the measures of "withdrawing points and merging schools" to optimize the allocation of educational resources,resulting in a large number of rural idle schools.This research is to start a series of studies based on the "possibility between the old-age service facilities and rural idle school buildings".This paper focuses on the functional replacement of a specific existing building in rural idle school buildings,starting from the analysis of the needs of the elderly,the needs of elderly care facilities and the feasibility of transforming into elderly care facilities.Through the study of the space,function and environment of idle school buildings,On this basis,we conducted a survey on the state of old-age care in some villages,and conducted a series of studies on the possibility of transformation of abandoned schools to meet the old-age needs of residents in this village and the surrounding villages.This research is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly describes the background,significance,scope and current status of the research.On the basis of summarizing the research status at home and abroad,the research methods and technical routes are proposed.The analysis begins with the elaboration of the needs of the elderly group and the functional needs,barrier-free needs,and construction equipment needs of the elderly service facilities;Chapter 3 analyzes the possibility of rebuilding rural idle school buildings into elderly service facilities.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the strategy of rebuilding rural idle school buildings into old-age service facilities from the four aspects of general plan suitable aging reconstruction and expansion,space and function suitable aging reconstruction,and barrier-free facility reconstruction.Chapter five applies the proposed strategy to practical cases.In the design,the idle school buildings were converted into full-time care facilities for the elderly,day care facilities for the elderly,and activity facilities for the elderly.After a series of demonstrations,this study determined that rural idle school buildings can be transformed into elderly care facilities.At the same time,according to the proposed strategy,three idle school buildings were selected to be converted into elderly full-time care facilities,elderly day care facilities and elderly activity facilities.The feasibility of the strategy of rebuilding rural idle school buildings into old-age service facilities is verified,and it is expected that through a series of studies,this kind of rural idle school buildings will be converted into old-age service facilities to provide a reference basis,so as to achieve the sustainable use of idle school buildings and solve rural pension There is a serious shortage of service facilities,with a view to providing a comfortable living environment for the elderly in rural areas.
