Research On Space Design Of Community Day Care Center For The Aged Based On Care Concept

Since the 21 st century,the problem of urban aging has been intensified,and the growth rate of aging has been increasing,which means that the aging society has fully arrived in our country,so the issue of old-age care for the elderly has begun to receive widespread attention.Moreover,the demand and market share of the pension industry in our country are seriously inadequate,and the existing facilities are relatively backward.A series of elderly life problems need to be tackled urgently,so how to improve the physiological needs of the elderly and the happiness of old life The creation of a sense has become a problem to be considered in today’s society.This thesis summarizes the design strategies of communitybased day care centers for the elderly based on the concept of care.While enriching the space design research methods of the day care centers for the elderly in the community,it also satisfies the realization of the concept of care.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part,through the research background of social aging and the current research status at home and abroad,draws research conclusions and research results,and formulates research directions for the research content.The second part is based on the related theoretical concepts such as the caring concept,the community day care center and the relationship between the caring concept and the community day care center,and research on the psychology of the elderly,and the case analysis of community day care centers for the elderly at home and abroad The research was carried out,and the elderly day care centers in communities at home and abroad were compared and summarized.The third part is to think about the care concept of the community day care center for the elderly to create a more suitable environment for the elderly to live.Therefore,the article analyzes and considers the physiological,psychological,and behavioral characteristics of the elderly.The fourth part,this chapter is the practical part of the thesis.Through the preliminary investigation and analysis,the safety,comfort,flexibility,diversity,cultural,ecological and other strategies that have been summarized are applied to practice.According to the practice base,The survey understands that designing various spaces from various aspects such as project background,architectural design,interior design,etc.,truly starts from the concept of care.The fifth part the article,it’s the conclusion.It mainly sums up,the research achievement,innovations,disadvantages and future prospects.This thesis starts from the perspective of caring ideas and conducts research on the physical and mental needs of the elderly.It summarizes the design principles of community day care centers for the elderly and applies this design principles to actual design projects to satisfy The physical and mental needs of the elderly,improve the space design environment of the community day care center for the elderly,and truly realize the social happiness of the elderly from the perspective of the elderly.Provided a reference.
