Investigation And Research Of Brick And Stone Pagodas In Handan

Architectural is a comprehensive carrier of social culture in different historical periods.The study of architectural heritage is a far-reaching significance and has been widely recognized and supported by the society.As a famous historical and cultural city,Handan has a several-thousand-year long cultural accumulation and numerous architectural heritages,but the research on the ancient pagoda remains in the past dynasties is limited at present,and relevant literature is lacking.Therefore,it is urgent to conduct special investigation and research on the ancient pagodas in Handan,and to explore their architectural value,social value,cultural value and economic value.Taking the existing brick and stone pagodas in Handan as the research object,this paper has carried out systematic literature sorting,field surveying and mapping,architectural analysis and strategic research on them.Firstly,through literature research,the paper limits the time range of "from Sui and Tang dynasties to Ming dynasty",and conducts background research on Handan from the four aspects of geography,history,Buddhism and distribution.Secondly,more specific information and data are obtained by means of field survey and architectural mapping.Moreover,the brick and stone pagodas in Handan are systematically described by county and district boundaries.Thirdly,the detailed structural characteristics of the brick and stone pagodas are summarized,and the regional characteristics are summarized by the axis of time.Finally,according to the current situation of the brick and stone pagodas in Handan,this paper explores the protection and utilization strategies,and provides effective and reliable suggestions for the development of cultural tourism industry in Handan.
