According to the regional characteristics of Xinjiang,such as high earthquake intensity and cold climate,as well as considering the current situation of poor seismic performance and lack of technical force of Xinjiang village buildings,an improved fabricated sandwich shear wall structure residential system is proposed according to local conditions,which has the advantages of low cost,simple construction,good thermal insulation and seismic performance.In this paper,the seismic performance of fabricated sandwich shear walls under different vertical connection modes is studied.Six specimens of sandwich shear walls and one specimen of ordinary solid shear walls are tested by quasi-static test.The following is the main research work and conclusion:(1)In order to study the cooperative working mechanism of the internal and external leaf walls of the cast-in-place sandwich shear wall connected by double row of joint bars,the quasi-static test of the cast-in-place sandwich shear wall connected by double row of joint bars and the cast-in-place solid shear wall connected with the same reinforcement is carried out.The results show that under the action of constant vertical force and reciprocating horizontal load,the internal and external leaf walls of the cast-in-place double row sandwich shear wall bear the horizontal load jointly under the connection of the vertical joint bar and the steel grid plate,and realize the collaborative work of the internal and external leaf concrete walls of the sandwich shear wall.(2)Through the comparison and analysis of the quasi-static test results of five specimens,including the cast-in-place sandwich shear wall connected with single row of joint bars and the fabricated sandwich shear wall connected with single row of joint bars,the cast-in-place sandwich shear wall connected with double row of joint bars and the fabricated sandwich shear wall connected with double row of joint bars.In order to obtain the same connection effect as the cast-in-place sandwich shear wall,the seismic performance of the fabricated sandwich shear wall with post cast-in-place wet connection is studied.The research results show that the fabricated sandwich shear wall with reinforced post cast-in-place wet connection can achieve the "equivalent to cast-in-place" with cast-in-place sandwich shear wall.(3)Through the comparative analysis of the quasi-static test results of the cast-in-place sandwich shear wall connected by double row of joint bars,the fabricated sandwich shear wall connected by reinforced post cast strip of double row of joint bars and the fabricated sandwich shear wall connected by dry type,the seismic performance of the fabricated sandwich shear wall connected by dry type is studied.The results show that the seismic performance of the fabricated sandwich shear wall with dry connection is slightly inferior to that of the fabricated sandwich shear wall with cast-in-place and reinforced post cast-in-place connection,but in view of the characteristics of the dry-type connection,further research should be carried out on the strengthening measures for the connection of local areas.(4)In this test,the elastic interlayer displacement angle of cast-in-place sandwich shear wall and fabricated sandwich shear wall is between 1 / 900 ? 1 / 500,and the elastic-plastic interlayer displacement angle is mostly between 1 / 50 ? 1 / 40,which meets the deformation capacity requirements of current codes for shear wall structure in elastic stage and elastic-plastic stage respectively,and has a certain safety reserve.Based on the test phenomenon and seismic performance of assembled sandwich shear wall with different connection methods,the specimens with double rows of joint bars and increased strength of post cast concrete have better seismic performance.Therefore,this paper suggests that the vertical connection method of fabricated sandwich shear wall can be the double rows of joint bars with increased strength of post cast concrete.(5)The bending capacity of the specimens and the normal section of the cast-in-place sandwich shear wall with double row of joint bars under the action of constant vertical force and reciprocating horizontal force calculated by the current code formula is in good agreement with the test value.When the fabricated sandwich shear wall is connected by double rows of joint bars with the strength of post cast concrete,the normal section bearing capacity of the sandwich shear wall can be calculated according to the formula of the current code.
