Evaluation Of Russian Eastward Energy Development Strategy For International Cooperation

Based on the gradual depletion of traditional domestic energy production bases,the accelerated transformation of domestic economic structure,profound changes in the international energy supply and demand system and the external energy sanctions of the United States and Europe,Russia has put forward a strategy for energy development in the east and has gradually evolved into an important part of its overall national energy strategy.Under the guidance of the strategy,Russia has actively carried out energy cooperation with China,Japan and the South Korea,and has made great progress in promoting the strategy through cooperation in energy trade and pipeline construction,thus enhancing Russia's energy power in the international energy system.But because of energy development,the lack of strategic content and the imperfect implementation of relevant policies make Russia's eastward energy development strategy fail to play a more perfect driving effect.Therefore,this paper tries to analyze how to further release the positive effect of the eastward energy development strategy on russia's energy power,and the potential constraints of the energy cooperation between russia and china,japan and korea under the eastward energy development strategy,so as to provide some views and suggestions for the parties involved to deepen the energy cooperation.
