The Optimum Design Of Box-taking Mechanism For Medicine Cartoning Machine

The medicine cartoning machine is a packaging machinery, which is used to placingbottle, medicine plate and instructions in folding carton. The packaging process is taking box,opening, filling and closing. The box-taking mechanism is an important part of cartonmachine, however when it working in high speed operation the phenomenon of dropping boxand draining suction will coming. In this paper, the main task is researching the box-takingmechanism. There are four main sections.（1）It determines the triangular inner cycloid by analyzing the technological process ofthe box-taking mechanism. It designs circular trajectory, equilateral triangle trajectory andtriangular inner cycloid trajectory by analyzing the requirements of station installation aboutsuction box, supporting box and putting box, then analysis the advantages and disadvantagesabout the trajectories. In the finally, it determines the most suitable trajectory.（2）It designs the planetary wheel of box-taking mechanism according to analyzing thebox-taking process and the requirements of the trajectory. The planetary wheel not only meetthe installation requirements also get the triangular inner cycloid trajectory, then analysis ofthe problem that caused by the different shape of inner cycloid point.（3）It creates the modal of box-taking mechanism and then does the optimal mechanismdesigning and ensures the key parameters. It establishes the mathematical modal bysimplifying and abstracting the box-taking mechanism for solving the phenomenon of gettingrid of box and leakage box. The paper gets the path equation of movement of box-takingmechanism through the law of motion. Finally, it gets the area of path as the objectivefunction and ensures the key parameters with the software of Matlab.（4）The paper creates the3D modal with the final value and simulates the mechanismby the plug-in of motion, and then it gets the optimal triangle hypocycloid path. It ensures thestability of mechanism with the analysis of speed and acceleration. It also ensures theinfluence of different parameters to box-taking mechanism, and then further confirms thefeasibility from different parameters.
