With the development and growth of the national power grid and the marketization of electric energy,the supply of electric power continues to grow.On the premise of meeting industrial needs and the needs of the people's lives,the requirements for power quality are becoming stricter.The power quality analysis system with perfect functions,low cost,high accuracy and easy to use is of great significance.Traditional power quality analysis instruments have the disadvantages of high price,large size,long development cycle,and inability to measure more complex power quality parameters in real time.In this system,the graphical programming of the LABVIEW software platform in the virtual instrument is used to develop the power quality analysis system.The virtual instrument can save the extra cost,time and effort generated when setting up a traditional instrument system.It is the latest in the field of measurement and control technology.Form,all types of measurements are done on the front panel created on the PC screen.This article first introduces the measurement formula of power quality basic AC parameters and the definition of various power quality indicators,national standards,causes and mathematical expressions,and then introduces the steady-state power quality indicators including voltage deviation,frequency deviation,three Common measurement methods for phase imbalance,grid harmonics and voltage fluctuations and flicker,and detailed analysis of windowed FFT algorithm for harmonic analysis and HHT algorithm for transient power quality analysis.On this basis,the overall scheme of power quality analysis system combining software and hardware is designed and a three-phase power quality data compression algorithm based on wavelet domain principal component analysis is proposed.This system builds a hardware circuit with NI USB-6009 data acquisition card as the core to complete the power quality data collection,and completes the modular software design of the power quality analysis system on the LABVIEW software platform to achieve the effective value of current and voltage,power,voltage Real-time measurement and analysis of deviation,frequency deviation,three-phase unbalance,grid harmonics,voltage fluctuation and flicker.Finally,the system was tested with a simulated signal generator on the LABVIEW platform to verify the function of each measurement module.The measurement results show that the system operates stably,each measurement module function is implemented and hasgood real-time processing performance,and has practical applications value.
