The using of a large number of non-linear loads increase the harmonic content in the power system,which results in the electric energy meters has been qualified in laboratory but unqualified when it has ran on the grid.Besides,the measurement accuracy under fluctuating loads could not be examined.The virtual instrument has multiple benefits such as high-precision,customization and so on,which can solve the problems on energy metering under non-linear disturbances,and meet the needs of much power quality analysis and meter calibration in further.Therefore,the development of electric energy metering device with virtual instrument combined has gradually become an important direction.This article mainly combines NI's system development platform,through LABVIEW software,designed a set of power record-analysis-playback device.It can realize the monitoring and analysis of the power quality under tnon-linear loads and calibrate electric energy meters by reproducing the scensrios.This article studys the principle of the influence of nonlinear load on power quality and the accuracy of power metering,and then presents the design idea and the overall design plan of a device to solve problem,which includes the selection of hardware and the hierarchical structure design of software.The whole set of the device is divided into three parts:acquisition equipment,electric energy recording analysis and electric energy replaying.Acquisition equipment has two ways of bluetooth and cable connection.The bluetooth collector is designed by Holzer sensor instead of traditional transformer.The design of power record-analysis is based on virtual instrument and LABVIEW software.In addition to the software programming of waveform generator board,the design of a wide frequency transient power amplifier is also proposed,which effectively solves the problem that the low frequency or DC signal is easy to cause the power amplifier shock.The designed device can monitor the measured dynamic load and compute the voltage,current and other parameters in real time;It can create characteristic model of impact loads by recording the field load wave;It can realize the error detection of electric energy meter under dynamic distortion load through reappearance wave of dynamic load accurately.The overall testing error is less than 0.05%through verification device testing platform of harmonic energy meters.
