The water faucet is a valve-type terminal device that realizes opening,closing and controlling the water flow and temperature of the water medium,and has a wide range of applications in families and society.Single-handle dual-control faucet generally refers to a faucet that controls the cold water and hot water supply pipelines by one handle.The valve core is mostly a ceramic chip sealed valve core.The principle is to realize the water flow start by the relative movement of the ceramic chip valve core.Stop and adjust the outlet temperature and flow rate.The technology of manufacturing ceramic cartridge faucet was introduced into the country in the 1980 s.After more than 20 years of development,the product quality and production technology of China's water faucets have been significantly improved,and they have been reduced.The gap has become the largest country in the world in the production,export and consumption of faucets.At present,the country has promulgated GB18145-2014 standard for ceramic cartridge faucets.This standard raises the requirements for water saving,safety,hydraulic performance and sanitation of water faucets.Through the promulgation and implementation of a set of product standards,it provides technical support for the production of ceramic cartridge faucets and enhances the core competitiveness of China's water faucet production.The research content of this paper is to develop a set of testing equipment for the hydraulic performance of ceramic cartridge faucets.Standards such as GB18145-2014 and EN-817 make clear requirements for the hydraulic performance indicators of the water faucet.Hydraulic performance includes flow performance and sensitivity,of which sensitivity is applicable to single handle double control faucet,flow performance is a mandatory test item,and sensitivity is a recommended test item.At present,manufacturers generally have equipment and capabilities to detect flow performance,but few manufacturers have the ability to detect sensitivity.The sensitivity of the faucet is related to the safety and experience of the user.Therefore,a set of test faucets is designed to test the hydraulic performance,especially the sensitivity.Equipment is necessary.This article first introduces the relevant research background and current status,proposes the overall design plan,and makes a corresponding introduction to the technology in the plan.Secondly,through the modular design idea,the equipment is divided into the main body module of the test bench,the body module,the hot and cold water pipeline module,the cantilever operation box module,the electronic control device module and the hot and cold water tank module.Test action.SolidWorks mechanical drawing software is used to design the mechanical structure of the equipment to realize the assembly and operation of the mechanical structure.Then study the software and hardware part of the control system,and give the programmable logic controller(PLC)control system program.Design the control flow and hardware circuit;use WinProladder software to complete the equipment PLC control program;use MCGS configuration software to write the host computer system.Finally,through the test experiment and actual machine operation,the test data is obtained and the test data is analyzed to realize the automatic test process of the hydraulic performance test equipment.
