Energy is the basis of human existence.At present,the progress of science and technology has caused human energy demand to gradually increase,but the total amount of fossil resources has continued to decrease.The deterioration of the environment and the depletion of energy affect human development,which are important issues for governments around the world.Because of its green,clean,renewable,and low cost,wind energy resources are the main energy sources for the global energy structure transformation.However,wind farms are generally built in remote places or at sea,and wind resources are unstable,and it is difficult to implement experiments on the field wind farm.Designing a wind turbine simulation system that can accurately represent the operating characteristics of actual wind turbines is the basis and prerequisite for the exploration and progress of wind power technology.On the premise of analyzing the research background and current situation of the wind turbine simulation system and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the prime mover of the wind turbine simulation system,this paper proposes the overall strategy of the wind turbine simulation system,and enables the inverter to control the asynchronous motor through a software model.Makes the characteristics of the motor's speed,torque,etc.Show the actual characteristics of the wind wheel.This paper adopts a four-component combined wind speed model,which can well show the characteristics of random fluctuations in wind speed.The mathematical model and simulation experiments of wind speed and wind turbine were established with LabVIEW,and it was confirmed that the established model can accurately simulate the actual wind speed and show the characteristics of the actual wind turbine,which can satisfy the follow-up research of wind turbine simulation.Adopting the direct torque control method of asynchronous motor,a reasonable and effective speed and torque control strategy was developed,and a simulation experiment of the ideal wind turbine wascarried out in a computer.,which proves the rationality of the control scheme.The entire wind turbine simulation system is composed of LabVIEW,MM440 inverter,asynchronous motor,and the USS communication network.Based on LabVIEW,the operation interface is compiled.The wind speed and the parameters of the wind wheel can be set independently.The established wind wheel model is used for calculation,and the speed and torque command values are output to the inverter to control the motor operation.It can monitor the running status in real time.The experiment result verified the accuracy and validity of the wind turbine simulation system.
