| This paper mainly studies the hoisting scheme of the cable-stayed bridge construction and the stress analysis of the Steel Arch Tower in different construction stages under the wind load,infers the load level of the Steel Arch Tower of the cable-stayed bridge.Based on the finite element simulation software,the wind load and deformation of Steel Arch Tower of cablestayed bridge are studied,and the hoisting construction technology of cable-stayed bridge is discussed.The main research contents are as follows:This paper discusses the construction technology and technical difficulties in detail,studies the load capacity under the wind load,and calculates the load and deformation of the cablestayed bridge under the wind load.This paper focuses on the engineering application of the finite element modeling and the simulation calculation under the wind load,and calculates the strength of the Steel Arch Tower of the cable-stayed bridge according to the finite element simulation.Taking wind load as virtual external load,the safety and strength of Steel Arch Tower of cable-stayed bridge in extreme environment are studied.It can be seen from the calculation that the stress and deformation of the cable-stayed bridge under the wind load condition do not exceed the design strength.The finite element modeling and simulation are discussed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)This paper discusses the construction technology,construction environment and material selection of cable-stayed bridge.According to the structural characteristics of cablestayed bridge,the hoisting construction technology and precautions are elaborated in detail,which proves that the construction hoisting scheme is feasible.(2)The mechanical model of steel arch tower hoisting module of cable-stayed bridge is established,and the finite element model and the simulation calculation under wind load are carried out.(3)Based on the dynamic finite element model,the load capacity of Steel Arch Tower of cable-stayed bridge under the action of self weight and wind load is solved,and the safety of themain tower under the extreme wind load is studied,so as to infer the strength of Steel Arch Tower of cable-stayed bridge in the actual construction and the influence degree of wind.(4)Taking wind load as an identification factor,the structural change of Steel Arch Tower of cable-stayed bridge under wind load is simulated and calculated.In theory,a lot of analysis is carried out,and it is concluded that the strength of Steel Arch Tower of cable-stayed bridge under wind load is feasible. |
