The quality of the construction project is directly related to the safety of the people's lives and property,and to the interests of the public and the responsible parties of the construction project.At present,the government supervision of the quality of China's housing construction projects is characterized by heavy supervision tasks,decentralized supervision projects,multiple types and number of supervision projects,but there are limited supervisory staff in the government supervision departments.Therefore,it is hard to achieve coordination between government departments and project participants and to implement effective supervision,resulting in some project quality problems,which are difficult to detect in a timely manner.Based on the characteristics of the quality and safety supervision work of the government supervision department,this research builds a BIM-based housing construction quality supervision system.Namely,it establishes a quality supervision information platform for government administrative departments on the basis of the building information model and with the help of cloud computing in order to assist the government supervision department to implement the quality supervision.(1)This paper summarizes the current quality supervision content of construction sites and the current state of quality supervision of government supervision departments.As well as,it points out the necessity of government supervision departments to implement information supervision from three aspects of supervision status,role function and business process.(2)Several key functions of the BIM-based construction quality supervision system were identified through full investigation,including BIM model basic operation,quality supervision business process management,interaction between BIM model and quality supervision business process.(3)On the basis of requirements analysis,the microservice architecture is used for system design,which is divided into system overall design,functional module design and interface design.Among them,the key technology of the system mainly involves the lightweight technology of the BIM model and the database design.(4)Combined with the supervision data,it introduces the application of the prototype system in the actual project.The application results show that the system can achieve real-time supervision,improve the efficiency of engineering quality supervision,and meet the needs of multi-project information management compared with the traditional government department quality supervision process.The research results prove that the system can make full use of BIM technology and cloud computing to standardize the engineering quality supervision process of government supervision departments,and to improve the efficiency of engineering quality supervision.Furtheremore,it is an innovative application of BIM technology,cloud computing in the quality supervision of the whole process of the project,and asupplement and improvement of the existing engineering quality supervision management system research.As well as,it is an innovation of the supervision method of the government supervision department.
