Research On The Protection And Renewal Design Of Traditional Houses Under The Background Of Hollow Governance

Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up,with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,the non-agricultural transfer of rural population in China has resulted in the significant reduction of rural permanent population,the outflow of population,the abandonment of land,the vacancy and waste of buildings and other problems in hollow villages,especially in traditional villages with relatively backward economic development,and the hollow development of traditional villages is also seriously endangered As for the protection of the village's material heritage and cultural heritage,l houses,from the perspective of designers,there is a lack of systematic design standards and methods,such as biography How to use design coordination between traditional culture and modern life style,etc.At the same time,in the case study of some local dwellings that have been designed and transformed,some problems are found,such as the unreasonable part of protection and renewal design,and the potential contradiction between the protection and design of traditional dwellings.Protection and development is the eternal theme of traditional villages.This paper takes Yueju village in Kunming as the research object,conducts field research on Yueju village for many times,attempts to analyze the feasibility of the protection mode of traditional houses in Yueju village under the current hollow governance background,and puts forward some supplementary suggestions based on the actual situation of the village.Through the collection and arrangement of a large number of documents and practical cases,this paper analyzes and summarizes the cases of the protection and renewal of traditional houses in China;on this basis,from the perspective of design,combined with the actual situation of the village,this paper explores and studies the design strategy of the renewal of traditional houses in the village,and demonstrates the design practice in combination with the project of No.121 reconstruction of traditional houses.This paper attempts to solve the specific problems in the process of renewal and transformation of traditional houses,such as the lack of design methods,how to integrate traditional and modern,and the promotion of courtyard space landscape,so as to promote the protection of traditional houses in Leju village to develop towards good quality.
