Since the reform and opening up,China's urbanization has developed rapidly and the population of traditional villages has been seriously lost. The problem of population loss has accelerated the demise of traditional villages. At the same time, the massive loss of rural population has induced the hollowing out of traditional villages. The hollowing out brings waste in the distribution of village construction land and spatial form,as well as the depression of the village population and social composition, which is contrary to the vision of traditional village protection and development, and hinders the protection and development of traditional villages.Based on the research background and the problems faced by traditional village protection planning, the scientific problem is confined as “the traditional village hollowing out and planning response strategy”.To this end,in the urban and rural planning field, innovative application of social network theory and methods, explore the characteristics of social relations and spatial pattern changes in the process of hollowing out traditional villages, and analyze the relevant mechanisms behind them, and propose planning strategies.First of all,to understand the relevant theory of hollowing out,on the basis of theory, put forward the research plan of this paper.According to the theory of labor transfer theory, life cycle theory and social space theory, this paper further analyzes the “holiday change of traditional villages” in the scientific problem as “the process of the stage change of the traditional villages in the context of population loss”.In order to explore this process, based on the analysis of the "social relationship-space pattern" texture, the research plan of this paper is determined to use the social network theory method, construct the traditional village social relationship network model in stages, and combine the coordinate positioning to the social relationship network topology.Into the space, and then use the social network tools and GeoDa tools to calculate the statistical attributes and structural characteristics of social relations and spatial patterns.Secondly, according to the comparison of the social network model and spatial pattern of the three time nodes in 1997,2007 and 2017,it can be judged that Pingshan Village,Guide Village and Qitao Village all show a shrinking hollow state.Gao Jincun has shown a state of contagion and hollowness.Gao Jincun is the only flat village in the selected research object, and its hollow state is less restricted by terrain. Therefore, the innate condition of spatial extension is biased towards “extension”.The social relations within the remaining three villages decayed at a faster rate than the “internal air”.Finally, the return to reality found that the social and spatial changes of the traditional villages in Liping County are closely related to the current economic and social development background and the characteristics of the village itself. This paper tries to promote the inevitability of hollowing out from the development of urbanization and the social community of traditional villages. In the face of the limitations of urbanization and the arbitrariness of traditional village space,it is analyzed and explained.Based on this discussion of the three sexes, combined with the "Pareto optimal" law,we strive to achieve maximum efficiency and efficiency at the lowest cost.In this sense, this paper proposes a "smart austerity" strategy, that is,"tightness and contraction" under the savvy guidance. This paper emphasizes the strengthening of spatial agglomeration while maintaining the slow repair of society, and the overall optimization of spatial resource allocation or the improvement of overall social welfare.
