Design And Research Of Dongtaizi Reservoir Project

Premier Li Keqiang presided over the executive meeting of the State Council on May 21,2014,in which he proposed to speed up the construction of a number of major water conservancy projects such as water-saving and water supply.Premier Li pointed out that at present,China is in a critical period of promoting the new "four modernizations" and building ecological civilization,so there are higher requirements for the support and guarantee capacity of water resources.But at present,the weakness of water conservancy facilities still perplexes the strategic demand for water resources in China.At the meeting,172 major water conservancy projects were officially proposed to be built by 2020,of which dongtaizi reservoir project is one.In this paper,the runoff and sediment of dongtaizi reservoir project were analyzed and studied,especially the runoff and sediment analysis.Then,based on the instantaneous unit hydrograph method,the design flood routing was analyzed and studied,focusing on the characteristics of rainstorm flood,the review of the design flood,the flood during the construction period and the flood regulation of the built reservoir area.For the proposed dam,the three-dimensional finite element method was used to analyze and studied the stability and stress of the dam body,focusing on the stability of the rockfill dam body of the main dam and giving suggestions for the project;at the same time,the stress of the bottom outlet and the overflow dam section was analyzed and studied,and the stress under the completion condition,the normal water level condition,the design flood level condition,the check flood level condition and the maintenance condition were respectively analyzed and studied It also gave some suggestions.Finally,through comparison,the dam type,water release and diversion structure,asphalt concrete core wall form and anti-seepage form of the main dam of dongtaizi reservoir project are studied,and the final suggestions were given.Through the research of this paper,it gave reasonable suggestions for the construction of dongtaizi reservoir project,which played a certain role in the construction of the project.
