In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional water supply pipe network inspection mode,such as low inspection efficiency,backward monitoring methods,untimely response to emergency rescue and repair of the pipeline network,and inefficient utilization of derived data,such as pipeline network related data and its inspection and maintenance.According to the future development direction of "Smart Water Affairs",this research fully realizes the scientific and technological operation management of urban water supply network.By investigating the current status of urban water supply network operation,analyzing the management needs of water supply companies for the network and its inspection service,a water supply network inspection system is proposed.The system integrates many advantages of emerging technologies such as Arc GIS technology,GPS technology,and Mobile Communications,and upgrades the traditional water supply network inspection system to improve the intelligent operation management of the water supply network inspection service.This paper combs,summarizes and selects the data of the water supply network inspection system in detail from data acquisition methods,system data composition,system data type division,and data organization management,so as to lay a good data foundation for the system construction.It also conducts a detailed and comprehensive analysis of the establishment of the system,and clarifies the user needs of the pipeline inspection service.The overall architecture of the system is designed based on the SOA design concept and Ajax technology.The system is divided into two parts,the Android mobile terminal and the Internet platform,and the information between the two parties interacts reversibly.This paper uses UML sequence flowchart to design the system's specific functional modules,and determines the software and hardware configuration and operating environment required for system development.In order to build an intelligent water supply network inspection system that integrates the functions of "Water supply network data collection","Inspection personnel navigation and positioning","Pipe network accident repair" and "Information management and communication" functions.This article analyzes the unique spatio-temporal characteristics of the water supply pipe network inspection business.Using object-oriented methods,by abstracting the inspection objects and abstractly defining the elements of the pipe network inspection,the basic spatio-temporal objects of the points,lines,and areas of the inspection system are in the space-time dimension.Orderly organization,completely express the spatio-temporal semantics of each element of the water supply network inspection system,and then propose the space-time data model and database model of the water supply network inspection system.The model can realize the spatio-temporal analysis applications such as the system's spatio-temporal evolution and analysis and prediction.It supplements a series of problemscaused by the lack of spatio-temporal factors in the existing pipe network system and lays a scientific theoretical foundation for the study of the spatio-temporal data model of the water supply pipe network inspection system.
