Permeable pavement is one of the most widely used Low Impact Development(LID)technologies in the construction of sponge cities. It has the function of rainwater storage and storage in the construction of sponge city PPP project, which is conducive to realizing the good water circulation of urban natural accumulation, penetration and purification, repairing the destructed water ecology and promoting the balanced development of urban ecological environment. However,in the specific implementation and application process, the permeable pavement faces certain risks. This thesis first analyzes the characteristics and main problems of the permeable pavement system of the sponge city PPP project. The literature research, case analysis and expert investigation were used to identify the main risk factors affecting the pervious pavement. An analytic hierarchy process was used to establish a risk evaluation model for the permeable pavement system of the sponge city PPP project. The calculated project risk factors weights and correlations are used to obtain the project's risk level.Different risk response strategies and schemes are proposed for typical risks, and the key points for controlling the risk factors of permeable paving are obtained. The permeable paving application of the sponge city reconstruction project in Anqing area is taken as an example for case analysis Validation, providing reference basis and targeted risk response strategies. The risk management theory of the sponge city permeable pavement project established in this thesis has achieved good application results in the construction of the Anqing sponge city PPP project, and at the same time has a reference role for similar permeable pavement projects.
