Since China's reform and opening up,the economy has developed rapidly,so has the construction industry,and the related technologies and specifications have been continuously updated and improved.Up to now,some old buildings have been unable to meet people's requirements for their use function,safety,durability,etc.,due to the limited technology at that time,years of erosion,man-made destruction,and changes in use requirements.If these shortcomings of existing buildings can be solved well,it will make a great contribution to social development,and the construction industry will also make a huge leap.In recent years,people pay more and more attention to the renovation and reinforcement of existing buildings,and the related renovation and reinforcement technologies and specifications are constantly improving.However,in actual projects,the selection of renovation schemes and reinforcement methods is still determined by experience.In view of this,combined with a practical project,this paper makes a comparative analysis of different schemes of reinforcement of reinforced concrete structure,studies the optimization selection of reinforcement schemes from three aspects of reliability,economy and technical feasibility,and analyzes the mechanical properties of the whole structure after reinforcement.The main research contents are as follows:1.refer to domestic and foreign literatures,analyze the research status of reinforcement and reconstruction at home and abroad,understand the current reinforcement methods at home and abroad,master the basic principles and design principles of concrete structure reinforcement,master the applicable scope of different reinforcement methods,and master the construction sequence,key and difficult problems of reinforcement and reconstruction in practical projects.It provides a basis for the optimization of the subsequent reinforcement and reconstruction scheme.2.Check the basic information of the project,housing inspection and appraisal report,etc.,and master the current use status of the building.According to the data,combined with the actual project and the transformation goal,several reinforcement schemes are drawn up,and the analysis models of different schemes are established.The PKPM identification reinforcement module is used to analyze the models.3.According to the analysis results,the indexes such as inter-story displacement angle,shear-weight ratio,axial compression ratio,reinforcement ratio,etc.are checked until they meet the new use requirements.4.Based on reliability,economy and technical feasibility,the scheme is optimized and analyzed.Select qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators,and through investigation and assignment,quantify the qualitative indicators,and calculate the corresponding weights of the indicators.Finally,the TOPSIS method is used for calculation and comparison,and the optimal scheme is obtained.5.Through the above research,the ideas and methods for the determination of the reconstruction and reinforcement scheme are obtained,which provides a certain reference for the determination of the reconstruction and reinforcement scheme of similar projects.
