With the high-quality development of social economy and the continuous innovation of science and technology,more and more old buildings such as industrial plants,office buildings and apartment buildings can not meet the new functional requirements,and need to be transformed and reinforced.Whether the reconstruction and reinforcement scheme of the old building is reasonable and feasible,and whether the reconstructed building can meet the functional requirements and safety are the key to the reinforcement and reconstruction of the project.In view of the above problems,combined with the actual transformation and reinforcement project of a multi-storey industrial factory building transformed into a hospital outpatient building,the optimization of structural transformation and reinforcement scheme is discussed:(1)This paper summarizes the research status at home and abroad of reconstruction and reinforcement and scheme optimization,grasps the overall idea and basic theory of reinforced concrete structure reconstruction and reinforcement engineering,analyzes and evaluates the advantages and disadvantages and application scope of commonly used reinforced concrete structure reconstruction and reinforcement technologies and methods at home and abroad,so as to provide theoretical basis for selecting the optimal reconstruction and reinforcement scheme for the actual project of this paper.(2)To understand the inspection and appraisal results of multi-storey factory building,mainly including the material performance of main structure and the safety of main structure,so as to provide the original structural information for the determination of structural reinforcement scheme.(3)PKPM structural design software is used to establish an engineering model for the structure of the back door clinic building,and SATWE finite element software is used to analyze the overall structure.The results of structural calculation and analysis after the simulation transformation are obtained,and the deficiencies of the original structure are found,which provides the basis for the structural reinforcement and transformation.(4)According to the test and appraisal results and the simulation analysis of the reconstructed structure,two reinforcement schemes are proposed.The first scheme is that the frame column is strengthened by increasing the cross-section method,and the frame beam is strengthened by pasting carbon fiber sheet.The second scheme is thatthe frame column is strengthened by increasing the cross-section method,and the frame beam is strengthened by pasting steel plate.Then the reinforcement scheme is designed,and then the engineering quality and construction quality are analyzed Based on the comprehensive consideration of the construction period and the impact of construction on the surrounding environment,the optimal reinforcement scheme is selected through further analysis and comparison,and then the reinforcement effect is analyzed by using the jdjg module of PKPM structural design software to verify the effect of the reinforcement scheme.(5)This paper summarizes the program and method of reinforcement and reconstruction scheme analysis of similar projects,which provides a reference for the optimization of reinforcement and reconstruction scheme of similar projects.The conclusions are as follows:(1)After testing and appraisal,the measured concrete compressive strength of frame columns,frame beams and floor slabs of each floor of the plant does not meet the original design requirements,and the others can meet the original design requirements.(2)By comparing with the original structure data information,it is found that the actual reinforcement of some original frame columns and frame beams can not meet the requirements after the transformation,the axial compression ratio of some frame columns on the first floor exceeds the specified limit,and the maximum inter story displacement angle of the first floor does not meet the requirements of the code due to the improvement of seismic grade.Therefore,in the reconstruction of the building,we should first solve the following problems: the bearing capacity of some frame columns is insufficient due to the axial compression ratio exceeding the limit value,and some frame beams need to be strengthened due to the insufficient bearing capacity.(3)Finally,the first scheme is selected as the optimal reinforcement scheme of the project.Through the analysis of the natural vibration period of each vibration mode,the displacement angle between elastic layers,the bearing capacity of frame column and frame beam,the axial compression ratio of frame column and other performance indexes after reinforcement,the first reinforcement scheme can meet the requirements of structural transformation,and it is also verified that the first reinforcement scheme is feasible.
