| With the continuous advancement of my country’s urbanization process,the dilapidated houses in the city are in urgent need of renovation.However,due to the huge investment in the shantytown renovation project,the total project time is much longer than that of ordinary real estate projects,and the degree of communication and coordination is high.More manpower and material resources are required.In terms of the demolition and resettlement in the early stage of the project,the return on investment is low,which is greatly affected by the policy and high social attention.Therefore,in addition to increasing the cost of the project,it will also have an impact on the government’s credibility.Therefore,in order to speed up the improvement of housing conditions of shantytown residents and speed up the construction progress of shantytown resettlement houses,this article takes the reconstruction project of shantytown A as an example.On the basis of summarizing the existing project progress management research results,the WBS decomposition method is used to carry out the project work.Decompose,prepare project management schedule,and extract key routes.By optimizing key routes,the project duration can be shortened.In the process of project implementation,S-curve comparison and earned value method are used to analyze project schedule deviations,and appropriate measures are taken to correct deviations in time to ensure the smooth completion of the project.By analyzing the characteristics of the project and the causes of problems,it proposes to strengthen the organization and management,improve the level of project funds and material management,improve project technology and construction technology,optimize resource allocation control,strengthen project information flow,and improve quality standards. |
